Recently picked up my new car from this dealership which I love. Big thanks to Dan Kingsley-Smith who was always extremely helpful, taking time to explain all the options to find a car and plan suited to me and kept me up to date on expected delivery dates etc. When the car arrived, Dan went through all the features and made sure I was happy with everything. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and would 100% recommend! Great service as always from a lovely team.

Brilliant service before and after the purchase of my Ibiza. Great communication and attention to detail. Felt safe visiting over lockdown too. Some nice touches like a free USB cable for linking my phone and a courtesy call afterwards. Would recommend dealing with Jai.

Purchases my car from jai in June 2018 little late with this review. But I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Updates by email on when car due to be made and shipped etc. From start to finish top service and will be looking to purchase another car next year possibly :) fingers crossed jai is still working for you.

I would definitely recommend Listers SEAT Coventry – all the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Steve looked after us from the start, took us on a test drive, always answered any questions we had and took the time on handover day to explain all the functions of my new car. No one was pushy at all but a great service all round. I took my SEAT Ibiza home on Friday and couldn’t be happier!

Personable, professional, proactive. Jai assisted me in purchasing a new car which was going to meet all my needs and exceed all my expectations.
Jai guided my through the entire process from my initial enquires all they way to completing the transaction. Jai was always available to take my calls or reply to my emails which put my mind at ease whenever I had any questions.
I also had the unfortunate luck of trying to purchase my car at the beginning of the UK lockdown, where many businesses were closing their doors. Jai recognised that the lockdown could affect my chances of receiving the car on time. He calmly advised that he was going to liaise with the depot where the car was stored to see if he could bring forward the delivery date.
To my pleasant surprise Jai was able to bring the delivery forward by a week and even delivered it to my home address. Jai's actions meant that I could still be mobile during lockdown and attend to the needs of my vulnerable grandparents. Something of which I am unbelievably grateful for.
Jai really does deserve recognition for going above and beyond the call of duty in his role. I will certainly be recommending him to friends and family and I cannot wait to be welcomed back into SEAT Coventry again in the near future.

I highly recommend Listers Seat Coventry. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was welcomed. Sam looked after me, she listen to what I wanted and went through different options for me. When going out for a test drive I was offered two cars to try as the car spec I was looking at wasnt in store. So I tried one car which was the engine I wanted and the other in the model. The test route was brilliant I was able to get a good feel for the car. There was no pressure to buy the car what so ever which I really appreciated. Once I made a decision to purchase the car, Sam stayed in touch to let me know all the details.
The whole experience at Seat has been brilliant I cant thank Sam enough for all her help.

Just got brand new SEAT Ibiza Technology from the Coventry branch. The service was fantastic. Everything got processed extremely quickly, was always kept up to date. So glad I chose SEAT, brilliant car and would come back to this dealership. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car, they have great prices for brand new cars! Had a great experience with Sam at Listers Seat. After learning about our day to day driving experience, she ensured our test drive matched this. After agreeing to purchase an Ateca, Sam managed to source a car, having taken our preferred colour, within 24 hours which was fantastic as my company car was being returned so time was of the essence. Kept up to date with delivery and managed to bring the collection date forward to suit me as I had other commitments on the original collection date. Rather than just being handed the keys which has happened to me previously with my company cars, Sam took the time to go through the features and controls and even connected my phone which was very handy. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend Sam and the team at Listers without hesitation
