Even with current covid restrictions i received a Five star service as always . was kept well informed through every stage of getting a new vehicle from ordering through to collection so all i can say is thankyou Seat for a perfect experience getting my third new vehicle and i definitley think im a seat man for life ..lol

After collecting my new ateca eight weeks ago i didnt think i could be any more impressed with the quality of the vehicle and outstanding level of customer service i received from Steve Hemmings . But once again they have gone way over and beyond what i would expect . They managed to locate in there stock the exact make model and colour in the new ateca for my dad . so once again i would like to thank listers Seat publicly because my dads a very happy person and i have had more trouble to order a meal of just eat in the past lol . although maybe two sets of foot mats thrown in this time would be the Gem in the crown to top how happy myself and my dad already are but not the end off the world if not

Had a great dsg service for my vw golf r from Paul in the maintenance team. He was very polite and courteous and really knew his stuff. After receiving my video he gave me a call to re assure me all was okay with my car and when I came back it was clean and even made it look shinier then it went in which i was really pleased about, would like to thank Ismail and Paul for keeping me updated about my car and going out there way to sort a few issues out, will definitely be using them again. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had at a car dealers. Jack first rang me and I set up a test drive (after feeling very pressured to put a £250 'hold' on the car which i respectfully declined) of a seat leon as i wanted to make sure that was the car i wanted having had a much smaller car previously. After arriving for my test drive jack brought me to a desk and asked me a few questions about the car i previously had and the car i wanted. after saying i was not 100% sure on the seat leon that is why i wanted a test drive he continued to say that 'due to Covid they were only performing test drives if i was actually going to buy the car'. This is the most ridiculous policy i have ever heard from a company as big as seat i expected much better. I will definitely not be buying from here ever and will spread to word to everyone about the rude staff.

I just got a beautiful SEAT IBIZA 2017 with the great help from Jamie Hoyte. He was very helpful, he listened carefully to my brief of what i need and he showed me just the right selection of vehicles for me . The test drive was very smooth and made me fall in love with the car. The dealership was very nice from the moment we entered it. Jay Lad was also very helpful to arrange my transfer from the train station on the collection day. He spent quality time with me to run though all necessary introductions to the car settings. I couldn't have asked for a better place to get my car hassle free. Special thanks to the financial team as well to sorting out my documents so quickly! Highly recommend Listers SEAT Coventry.

Great service throughout, right from the person who dealt with me directly (Dan) to the financing team. Where other dealers you feel pressured and leave unsure, Dan and the other members of the team made me feel so welcome, always smiling and putting you at ease, regardless of if the car isn't the most expensive they have to offer.
