I bought a Leon 184 FR Technology DSG from this dealership today. I've got to say I've been uberly impressed from start to finish with the whole process. I had to travel along way on public transport to collect the car, but it was worth the risk in the current climate as I was not dissapointed when I got there. The dealership is well set up for the CV19 safety measures of its staff and customers. Big shout out to Jamie the sales person who I dealt with to secure the deal. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and was professional throughout. Highly recommended

My experience started off well, was happy with the service I had received, and was happy knowing the car I was getting was going to be in my price budget, and meet my requirements. However as soon as they had the contract signed and money taken from me, the service and aftercare was very poor. My rubber mats were forgotten about and it seemed that my sales person was avoiding contacting me back after I had called 8 times over a period of days. It honestly felt like they took my money and gone. Although I do like the car I have now got, I don’t think I would be happy to go back to this garage in future until aftercare has improved. Just because I have the car now doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be treated as a valued customer.

I would never in my life recommend Listers Seat. They are the worst car dealership/ Manufacturer I've come across. They claim they have "highly skilled/ trained technicians and master technicians" I don't think this is the case. The brakes on my car have failed on a number of occasions. To my knowledge the dealership have said they investigated the fault and could not fault the car. However, resulting in a complaint to my finance company they sent 2 independent assessors to check my car out and both agreed there was a fault on my car with the brakes. Seat were happy for me to continue driving around in a car with faulty brakes after the vehicle going back in and out of the dealership. Two independent assessors confirmed the fault but Seat themselves can't. No care in customer safety and they are quick to point the finger to everyone else and admit responsibility! Seat's technical department have also been happy that I drive round with faulty brakes. Meaning I put my life at risk, I Volunteer to drive patients to their appointments for my local hospital, putting them at risk. STAY AWAY! Its caused a huge amount of inconvenience, impacted on my health and I can finally say I'm glad I have been back by my finance company.

I recently purchased another Seat, the first one from Listers. I found the staff to be very helpful with any query I had and this helped me to decide to purchase the vehicle from them. I made contact with sales executive Samantha Richardson who was amazingly patient with me. I had an initial test drive, and then went through the financial implications. The car I had in mind had already been sold so I walked away. I was so impressed with the professional attitude of the staff at Listers I went back to see Samantha as I had seen another car on their web page. Due to personal circumstances I had another test drive and raised lots of questions which she answered and she arranged another member of staff to answer to if she could not, they all introduced themselves to me. I would certainly recommend Samantha and Listers.

Bought a Seat Ibiza about a month ago and to be honest the service was amazing. Dan Kingsley who sold it to me was so informative, a genuine person and listened to our concerns and always had a solution. He wasn't pushy at all and that's the more reason we bought the car. Great service. He really deserves a promotion!
