Oil sump nut was leaking on car, got it booked in with Jamie on short timescale. Oil and filter change, new nut and washer fitted. Battery also tested whilst in. Great service.

Just had my van radio swapped out - Kenwood put in 2 years ago back to the VW one. Very quick and when i collected my van the cab had a lovely clean smell from the sanitiser they had used to clean the csb up. Very pleased.

Would be nice if on 'Click and Collect', a staff member asked when you joined the queue what you were there forand possibly get your items for you, rather than stand waqiting with everyone else there just browsing. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

Bought add blue for £10 two months ago. Bought the same 10l for £12.50 yesterday and was told i could have two for £20. Don't try supermarket tricks to con your customers ! Thats 25% more than two months ago, how can you justify that? Found an honest supplier now.

ordered a bicycle which I have already viewed in the store. was told on two different occasions that the price will be matched to the in store price (about £50 difference) and was also told that because of this my bicycle will take a lil longer. it's been weeks now with no contact, no email, no calls. at this point I'm not sure if this was a scam attempt or just lazy workers not keeping up with their paperwork.
on the other hand, when I was viewing the bicycle in store, I was given a great customer service by a boy with many arm tattoos (sorry I dont remember your name). boy if you're reading this - please go find a nice job where your service will be appreciated in a company that actually works.

Booked in for a drivetrain clean using the website. This branch does not use the Halfords website booking system and the technician had gone home for the day when I arrived.
Was informed that the chain would be taken off and cleaned and refitted with a split link as part of the drivetrain clean, I provided my own new chain and it was agreed on drop off that that could be fitted instead for no that extra cost because was actually less work for the technician -confirmed this several times as I have used Halfords before for bike work-.
On pick up was charged an extra £5 for a chain fit (obviously). However for free my gears have also been de-indexed and my brakes lubricated. Can thoroughly recommend going somewhere independent where you would meet the person working on your bike.
