Stay away from this shop. The most rude staff around the word, the most difficult to talk to and don't care about the custumers. I been there costumer and never i have experiance a positive interaction. I will never ever reccomend this shop to anyone. Never come back again

Really happy with the service provided at Motoden - Sean, Russ & George were really helpful and the aftercare service is also great!. They explained everthing with patience which I really apprecitate. I felt much more at home compared to my local Honda dealer. Poor business ethics. Was looking to purchase a Honda Sh125i 2020. Their prices are £500 more expensive than other Official Honda garages. They had some bikes for sales but insist it must sell at £3995. I was told by a non-honda garage that they are taking advantage of the pandemic with people buying bikes to get work.
Now don't get me wrong. I am sure the service and products are top notch, but taking advantage of the pandemic and charging sky high prices above RRP is not nice.

They tried to sell me a honda sh125i for £4000 when the honda uk price is £3500 so I asked why are they charging so much and was told because honda uk is out of stock and had to travel round the country to pick some up. This company is charging extortionate prices because lack of availability so I would not recommend this store.

Bought my scooter here. The guy who looked after me when I visited first was patient and very helpful. Took his time and took me through everything. The buying process was also smooth and I was very happy. Great that they are part of a bigger family and have a great network of stores and service centres. You can get everything under one roof.

Had a breakdown on Honda crf1100 Africa twin had recovered to them the very next morning they call me to say that the problem was sort and ready to pick
I ask if they could do a service on a m8 crf1000 which they said bring it and we will do it for you same day ! What a service they provided I was very impressed with how friendly and competent they are and as from now on it will be the only place I take my Honda for service far better than the Muppet company that I bought it from

Have had an absolute fantastic experience at Motoden Honda this week when buying my new CB1000R. From the moment I walked through the door to getting help with delivering my bike 120 miles away Russell was an absolute legend. He also helped set up a bike tracker and other accessories that was just stress free. Can’t recommend Motoden enough if you’re looking for a new ride and great customer service. 5 Stars!!!

POOR!!! Came in to view and test ride a bike and discuss finance options. Spoke to a sales agent about the sale throughout my time in discussion with them, only to then be told the bike was sold on the day I was going into the shop to buy it!
Sales agent tried fobbing off a same price high miles bike on me to rectify the situation but would definitely not recommend this place.
Also, prices are ridiculously high for security and clotheswear.
Check out some other local dealers in the areas nearby before buying here and wasting your time and potentially money.

Phone (moteden) trying to apply for finance. They told me to do it online so I did. They pass my info to (super bikes loans) . superbike ask me to fill up another form. Then super bikes then pass my application to (amigo loans)

Will not deal with them again and recommend to avoid. I purchased a honda that come with a manufacturing problem in the fuel pump, no big deal al these models did. The owner of the shop was a nasty bully trying to force my to do what he wants (literarly screaming in my face and spiting all over) when dealing with this minor issue, very unforfeshinal and straight forwards abusive. If you want a guarantee that your problams will be treated with respect ill recommend to find some where else.

Then Chris helped me get the right security and protective gear, and gave me all the information and attention I needed.

Recently bought a new Honda NC 750x. Excellent bike, by the way. Was ably helped in this choice by Sean Taylor and other staff at Motoden but especially Sean. Recognising that (even after riding bikes for over fifteen years) I am not a bike aficionado, a 'biker', or someone who knows much other than getting around on them, Sean patiently explained the bike to me. Before that, I was offered a test run on a CB500x and almost bought it but on a whim asked to take the NC750x out for a quick trip round the block. No trouble. Sean immediately deduced that I was happier on the second of the bikes. No hard sale, just pure psychology. Since then, Sean sorted out a new bolt on my gear lever (some idiot had nicked mine) for free and did it immediately. This is, by any stretch, excellent service! Sean actually listens to you, offers good advice but always leaves decisions in your own hands. Unlike many bike shops, this is something different.

Great place to browse and buy your bike. The guys there were very helpful to a beginner like me, patiently answering all my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. Found a bike that matched all my criteria and budget. Will definitely be the first place I go when I get my second bike a few years down the line.

Bought my first motorcycle (a new CB650R) from Sean who was knowledgeable, patient, relaxed, accommodating, and honest. Most importantly, he didn't do a hard sale, the bike sold itself. The fact that he's also a cyclist made it so much easier cause he understood my perspective. If at some point I decide to upgrade, I will go out of my way to give him a chance to win my business again.

The experience at Motoden has been great – got my first bike (CB650R) from them earlier this year and Sean was super helpful with ordering the exact model, explaining Honda's service agreements and installing extras. He kept me updated over email throughout the order and delivery process, and gave me a clear walkthrough of all the components (and helpful tips for riding and securing the bike in London). A little disappointed to read glowing reviews about this business as well as the same salesman who appears to do great. Unfortunately I must have been the 1% who caught Sean on a bad day. I was left insulted after trying to PX a bike and had it undervalued by 60% (private sales value). I understand businesses need to make money but I would of rather heard "we don't think our business will be able to resell your bike" instead of your bikes only worth x amount. Was left pretty insulted to day the least. Only thing I agree with others is that they aren't pushy at all and won't try and sell to you. They'll just hope you want to buy whatever bike you're interested in.

After getting a dud deal from an independent dealer on a secondhand Forza 125, I contacted Motoden Honda and they couldn't have been more professional and helpful in helping me get onto a new model with a better deal. Sean in-particular.
Picking my new bike up on Wednesday. 5* customer service, couldn't recommend enough. Stick with approved Honda dealers as these guys will sort you out nicely.
UPDATE: Aftercare since buying the bike has been top notch with Sean checking in on several occasions to ensure I'm getting on well and enjoying the ride. Couldn't recommend more 10/10.

Amazing service from start to finish. Got my CBT a few weeks back so wanted to get a bike.On the first visit I talked with Russ who was so helpful in explaining a lot about what I should and shouldn't be looking for in a first bike. Went back a few days later for a test ride and bought one which I picked up a few days later. These two visits I dealt with Rob Payne who was absolutely brilliant. Being a first timer there is a lot I don't know and Rob really took the time to explain everything to me and show me around the bike and basic maintenance. I left there feeling so much more comfortable and confident about riding. Can't rate them and Rob high enough. Thanks guys!

Great experience overall.
Phoned to book a test ride, got a call back after 10 minutes, I phoned a few other places before and no one did even bother to call me back or get back to my emails for weeks.
Russel, the salesman answered all my questions, never pushed the sale and gave me the best advices on payment and security.
I would definitely recommend it, neat, professional and welcoming.

I have bought two bikes from Russell now and he is brilliant. Very honest and easy to deal with. Helps out and goes out of his way to ensure you are fully satisfied. I have been servicing my bikes with Motoden for years as it’s close to my work. The after sales and care is simply fantastic. Ryan goes out of his way to help and has done countless of times for me. From servicing, repairing, recovery and storage. He has done it all and has gone out of his way many times for me. This is my only go to place for anything motorbike.

I spontaneously decided to book my cbt, I booked it with LMT, right round the corner. I popped in and I was greeted by Sean.
Sean was extremely understanding I knew nothing about bikes but was interested and needed to get started. He made the experience and process so easy.
I popped in and he did a everything he could to just make it a walk in the park to get my bike. I got the bike, he checked up on me. Slight lack of knowledge on my part caused some confusion and he sorted it out. Loved my whole experience and I love my bike.
