If your looking for a quality well looked after 2nd hand scooter, this is the place. All bikes are kept indoors, they only stock low milage scooters, seriously clean bikes. I bought an xmax 250 a few weeks ago (courier). It had 3500 miles, it has now got 5000 and hasn't missed a beat. Very happy with the purchase. I couldn't recommend this place more. No test ride before purchase* but if you know what you are looking for, you'll see it won't need a test ride. Keep it up!

All perfect!
I went there looking for a scooter, in less than 30min Shahid pointed me to a second hand Honda scooter with low mileage at a good price. I tested it right away (all perfect), asked to have the tyres changes and came back the following week to collect it. Shahid also took care of all including the admin stuff with DVLA.
Patient and helpful also when choosing the equipment (locks, helmets) with very reasonable prices!
Now 4 months after the purchase, the scooter runs smoothly!
Another very happy customer, definitely recommend!!

Disappointed. The shop front Haq prepares you for what to expect. It's tired and unsympathetic for the consumer , spent 10 minutes inside without any assistance and saw little to impress. Uninspiring.

I bought my first bike from here. What lovely staff. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman at all. I was speaking to someone who really knows bikes.
He let me take my time trying on different helmets and let me try on loads of gloves until it all felt right.
They then calculated which combination of the shops deals would mean that I pay the least and processed it for me.
They were nice and professional and I trust them.

5 star. I just bought an N-Max 125 from Emem and I need to say that this shop is one of the best I visited so far during the research of my scooter. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable , and they really take care of the customers from the first second is walking into the shop. They also helped me out with the choice of the insurance and everything else as it was my first scooter in UK.Prices are very competitive and they only sell mint condition used bikes , Incredible. I really highly recommend this shop.

I have been with these guys for the past 5 years and although I live West, I always bring my bike to them for the service.
Very friendly and trustworthy. Their mechanic Jose is brilliant and does a very good job. He always show me the parts he replaced explaining why. Generally he even calls before to give me heads up.

Everyday traveling to my work place I have to use normal London transport,always stuck at in the traffic and wasting too much on travel,so few months ago I was desided to buy a new bike , i went to Emem bike-store to look it,i was greeted very well from the staffs ,both bike sales and part sales .and clothing staff..so with all there help i bought a Honda sh 125, i also bought some clothing.
I was very impressed the service and price what they provided......I had my bike ride for several months without any problems ..thank you Emem bikes store ...

Recently purchased a HONDA PCX with Emem bikestore. They offered a competitive fair price, as well as providing nothing short of amazing customer service. The delivery of my bike was complicated due to an issue at a nearby MOT garage (not their fault), despite this they ensured the delivery occurred on the day and after working hours. There was also a mix up with spare key given which was sorted with no hassle.
I highly recommend their services as they are very friendly and professional.

I travelled all the way across London to pick up a scooter part. Turned out it was missing a vital component. They promised to order and replace it if I came back. Instead they sold it on to another unsuspecting customer...

Definitely a friendly service and very knowledgeable on bikes and the motoring industry my only thing from scoring emem bikestore full stars is they do not allow taking a bike of choice for a test ride unless you are certain you are going to make a purchase which honestly does not make any sense I know many other bike stores allow this personally this for me can be a big deciding factor in a purchase

I can't recommend Emem Bikestore highly enough.
I bought a 2008 Xmax 250 with 11000 miles on the clock from them. The bike came with a 3 month parts and labour guarantee. When the bike developed a clutch problem, they bent over backwards to sort it out for me. They even supplied another bike for me whilst their mechanic Jose was on holiday so that I wasn't inconvenienced (no charge!). The fault has been rectified and they offered me a free service because of the inconvenience caused!
