A friend wrote on Facebook..... By keeping the shop open as per the hours the company chose. We dashed there and got there in time to buy a part to rescue a heating and hot water system. At 4.55 the men had already turned on the alarm, and were closing the shutters. They refused to give us the part even though we pointed out that they had shut early. The agreed service was not supplied and this caused hardship to the customer and to the plumbers. Very bad public relations. Would I want to trust them again? No! I will post this publicly as I don't want them to get away with this sloppy work. Closing time does not mean get the shop shut by five, What time will they start shutting next time? 4.00pm?

The last decent place to get plumbing before central London. Can be a bit pricey compared to other places but location is vital for city jobs. They carry a lot of stock too.
