FYI, I placed an order 08-April and today (10-May 2021) I still have not received my order. I got no updates for 2-3 weeks and had to chase my self. Call handler told me my order would be dispatched but 2 weeks later I still dont have my bulbs. Today (10-May 21) Call handler then tells me via e-mail that part order would be dispatched. I have lost valuable time replacing my tenants bulbs.

Absolutely disgusting service, I ordered m parcel on the 26th August. I received it yesterday which was the 7th of September. This, to begin with, was terrible service. Upon opening my parcel the product was very badly damaged and had been repaired by Trading Depot with sticky tape. Regardless of that where they have mistakenly stuck tape I can no longer read the label to see anything about this product. I don't even know if it will still work as I haven't been able to use it yet

Made my order on Monday night and received this by courier on the Friday. Spoke to the staff over the phone and they were helpful and pleasant. Was worried after seeing all of the bad reviews that it would take ages so was pleasantly surprised. 5 star for me! (Covid must’ve caused some disruption earlier in the year!) the item was packed very well and great overall service

Advertise cheap prices, but never have stock... was promised 5-9 days for delivery, its now been 21 days and just been told another 10 days.. Not worth the hassle just to save a few quid.. Going to screwfix more money, but delivery in two days

Ordered a pricey Geberit cistern frame and when tried to install it discovered it was smashed into piecies and customer services refuse to replace the broken items or do anything about it. Poor customer services and would never use them again! Sent many emails regarding the issue and noone even responded back so ended up buying broken items from another place. Terrible service and poor quality.

Don't believe the 'in stock' or '2/3 day delivery' on large items – these claims are not to be trusted as this company, like so many out there with equally misleading website claims, does not hold stock. This was the third firm we used to try to source a particular sink. All had claimed a quick lead time. All wasted our time. Really undermines your confidence in a firm – and the brand they are selling.

Not a good experience. Ordered a part, paid for 2-4 day delivery. One week after ordering I had heard nothing. I emailed asking for my postage costs to be refunded and for an indication of when I might get my order. Delivery company contacted me that evening and part delivered following day. Still waiting for some form of communication from the company. Won't be using them again! Awful!

I have had good experiences with the trading depot. I have purchased a number of expensive external doors through these guys. Every order has arrived within the specified time and I was updated whilst waiting for my order. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would certainly recommend their services.

Ordered a stabila r type 1200mm level, first one apparently got last by courier service and the next one no one seemed to have Any idea what was going on. Paid for 2-4 day delivery no sign of one nearly 3 weeks later. Asked for refund let's hope that arrives on time at least

Don't buy from here if you need a quick delivery - definitely don't believe the availability they have listed on the website. I specifically bought from here as they showed the item in stock and available to ship. I even double-checked with their customer services who told me that it was available. Of course it's NOT!!!! Received notification a few days later that it is not in stock and won't be for at least another week which screws up our worktop templating. Unacceptable that you lie to your customers, if you don't have it, TELL THE TRUTH.

I would not deal with this Company. They are enabling misleading adverts on Google. I was searching prices for a shower door and saw them advertising a very low price, but as it showed the previous higher price, I clicked the link to check. You then cannot order the door alone only at a much higher price as part of a kit. The previous price for the door is still on their website, but you have to search for it seperately.

Best customer service ever! I ordered a few Deanta doors and the manufacturer sent one door which was incorrect and was refusing to replace the door. Rob from Trading Depot refunded the money for the incorrect door so that I could purchase another one even though it wasn't their fault!

Avoid! at all cost I ordered a ring floodlight Quoted 5 to 9 days delivery after 3 phone calls 1 email (not answered) all promising delivery would be in next 2 days on the 11th day told they did not have it and would take 4 days to credit money back into my account annoyingly still for sale on there web site

Good range, price guarantee. The first time we purchased something from here some items were damaged. Customer service was good and they were replaced. Since then have ordered 4 bathrooms and they are fine. Delivery is not always as quick as initially stated due to supply issues but they keep you informed.

Made a purchase on the 8th december including postage. Estimated arrival time is 2-4 days i have read on delivery info. Ordered boots for working on construction site. Its 16th december & no sign of my order. Called up the place to follow my order but they haven't sent out my order either. I been told they are waiting on delivery. SO WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR EXTRA POSTAGE WHEN YOU CAN'T DELIVER ON TIME. Person on the phone didn't seem bothered either. I asked when will it be sent out or roughly how long am i looking to wait? But only reply i got is "i don't know, we will let you know by email". I now decided to cancel my order & get a refund. Hope i get my funds back.

I have ordered a light and the lack of communication is awful..I have received nothing? It says delivery is 2-5 days,I am now on day 12 and still not one email..I should be refunded my delivery now,I have left emails and I even contacted the assistant manager by email,which I found through this and my email was rejected..My only next step is to set up a dispute on PayPal as I feel I've been taking for a ride..I would not trust this site again.

Totally disappointed with this company ordered a sink 5/8/20 told would be delivered on the 10th waited in all day never arrived.I rang them to be told not in stock would be delivered on 20th so rang this morning to make sure to be told again not in stock would be next week.I asked what was the problem they said it was Franki sinks that should contact me was given there number phoned them to be told NO Trading Depo are responsible to inform customers.I have found same sink on line ordered it will be delivered tomorrow.DO NOT USE THEM THEY LIE!!

I have placed around six orders with these guys in the past 3 months. I have had to contact Customer Services twice for a couple of minor missing items (products came direct from manufacturers) and I would have to say the issues have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have only good comments regarding the customer services. Also worth noting the prices are very competitive and they provide quality products so I would say I'm happy all round.

I bought a kitchen sink from trading depot which was reasonably priced and have been pleased with the quality. The delivery was an issue. The advertised delivery within 2-4 working days was the reason I ordered from them. This turned out to be 7 with no updates when queried. Finally they confirmed a Friday delivery date with on am/pm slot meaning had I to wait in all day. The day came and went with no delivery made and no contact. The sink came the following Monday with no notification. Beware as they charge for missed deliveries. Overall poor service I would buy elsewhere next time.

From reading past reviews you could see that there are quite a bit of mixed reviews. But fortunately I have had wonderful experience with them. Initially bought poly pipe through them a couple years ago. Robert had been fantastic!! It's how you sure react and responds as I would myself if I own my own company. Delivery was a breeze, responds was fast, faulty replacement was excellent, no quibble and fast. Recently purchased nest products, Rob was out, got passed to Adam. Who was able to arrange everything without an issue. Paid item on Friday, was told delivery possible Monday or Tuesday. And on Saturday the items arrived. Gobsmacked! Over the moon with the delivery. They've been great as usual. I minus 1 star due to the responds I got from Adam, emailed and called but only got a response back once via email. But all in all, I got my stuff on time for a good price. No complain. Hope I will get better experience as I got thru Rob next time.

Ordered a small plastic Rowlinsons shed from retailer, Trading Depot Ltd. I was not notified by courier of delivery, good job I was in! Box was damaged and when opened 2 panels were buckled and the 2 of the notches that support 2 of the 4 shelves were broken. I emailed photos the same day to Trading Depot Ltd and requested collection. It was14 days before it was collected, I sent countless emails requesting a collection date and a further 14 days before I got a refund, which I had to escalate to the PayPal resolution centre. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER COMPANY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING.

Excellent service. I ordered a soft close toilet seat at the weekend when they were closed. I chose 2 to 4 day delivery and just after 10am today (Tuesday) the item arrived. It was extremely well packaged and in perfect condition. Cannot fault the service or delivery.

The return procedure is none existent. I was told over the phone that it is not possible to return items unless a return reference number is provided by the company. I emailed more than five times now but nobody ever replies. It’s been a month since I have first emailed them for a return number. It was for an expensive Grohe item which costs nearly £100 and I needed the refund before Christmas. But I can’t help feeling I would never be able to return the item and I will never receive the refund. Not recommended.

Received a faulty item, and requested a returns 4 times, each time the company has refused to accept the returns, I have contacted the customer service via email several times, and been ignored on the last 3,so still have no product of any use, and no answer on how to resolve the issue, so will be have to contact the payment provider to make a claim, which will take more time again,

After my original review, I been approached by Operations Coordinator. He helped me to get a sample very quickly. I do appreciate his efforts and excellent service. I wish trading depot will have phone support equally passionate as him. ————————— Original: Very unhelpful over the phone. I was looking for garden patio slab sample and sales team advised me to contact Brett (manufacturer) directly to get sample. By calling Brett told me that customer can't order sample from them. Request need to come from stockist so they can link sample quantity to them. I find the way trading depot handled my inquiry wasn't helpful at all.

Ordered the Tavistock Match 1000 sink and toilet, which they said would be delivered directly by the supplier. 3 weeks later, come delivery day, after having been sent a delivery confirmation email from trading depot, I take a day off, and as the day goes on, it seems more and more unlikely that the items were going to be delivered. This is despite me calling numerous times throughout the day, where I was assured I am 'delivery number 8'., and that that delivery driver was '2 hours away', and that the order was 100% arriving today. I have changed my review to 3 stars, post proof that Trading Depot did their part and had truly arranged delivery for the correct day, however their suppliers delivery system was poor to say the least. Trading Depot did their best to eventually help me correct the issue, and to be honest, I would use them again in the future. Shame their supplier was so poor.

Ordered shower tray saying 2 - 4 days. They Emailed to say it would be 2 - 3 weeks. Things go out of stock occasionally, frustrating but no worries. However despite me email to tell them they still haven’t updated availability still shows 2 -4 days. Seems they are just conning people on time scale to get orders?!

I checked the website and the product I wanted was in stock. I paid extra for next day Saturday delivery, and phoned to confirm that i would receive the item next day on Saturday- the customer service lady confirmed that i would receive the service i paid for. I then get an email to say the product was not actually in stock as advertised and would be delivered from the supplier the following week. I phoned customer services and was guaranteed the item would come monday or Tuesday but Tuesday would be the latest. It arrived Wednesday. I asked several times for the extra amount I paid for Saturday delivery to be refunded, have still not been refunded. I paid extra for a service i didn't receive. The customer service people have a very poor attitude- not interested in customer service whatsoever, gave completely incorrect information and have not refunded me after promising they would. It seems that this company is selling items that they claim to stock when in reality the items come from the supplier which means they cannot offer delivery options which they charge extra for. i will not be using this company again.

Customer services doesn't seem to have a clue what's going on, i was initially told my order was in stock and would probably arrive for Tuesday,. The order wasn't even processed on Tuesday, after another phone call, was told they don't stock that item and would likely be Thursday. Needless to say I cancelled the order and went elsewhere and got guaranteed next day delivery

They offer products for sale that they do not have, charge you for them then keep fobbing you off claiming stock is due in soon yet keep putting the date back while still listing the product in stock on their website in an obvious effort to dupe more customers. Wasted weeks waiting for a replacement for my leaky shower tray which has now ruined my newly plastered ceiling below. Have now ordered elsewhere. Do not buy anything from this company.

You will only be advised after ordering several items that they will all be delivered separately from 3rd party suppliers so means many days at home waiting for deliveries. Missing items, damaged items, non delivery. The google reviews here look honest as totally reflect my experience - trust pilot reviews don't seem genuine as no issues like mine have been reported. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere - I wish I had.
