Asked for a power steering flush. Was asked why I need that doing? I explained it's part of general maintenance and that it says in the owners manual that the power steering needs to be flushed around every 20k miles and my car is well over that. Plus it's a 20 year old vehicle, there's no history of it ever being done and the steering just feels really tight.
They huffed and puffed over the phone, and agreed to do the job. The price was super cheap to get it done which is why I just chose to carry on. So dropped my car off with them. Once the work was completed picked my car up, opened the bonnet once I got home just to see if the work was done. New fluid was added but noticed they made a bit of a mess all around my engine bay when they was draining old fluid out. The hose wasn't installed properly neither and no invoice was given to me after work was completed. Just took the cash and walked away. Very rude!!

Wyvern garage is located in a easily accessible location, the staff are always friendly and will fit you in as soon as they can. What I like is they don't try to sell other jobs to make money, they don't need to they are always busy because of the regulars that book in.
