Firgrove

Firgrove cared for our grandparents. The whole team were very supportive. My uncle and mother and other family were able to visit daily at window throughout the pandemic and in the home when restrictions allowed. My mum and uncle were kept updated by phone, Facebook group, and talking with the staff. Our grandparents were well cared for, and the staff team very friendly and caring.

I was asked for the interview where they said that i should pay them for the DBS check which seemed quite suspicious to me, as in every care homes they provide free DBS check to the employees. My experience was not very welcoming.

Firgrove Nursing Home, is an excellent establishment. Who ensure care, dignity and respect is given to those using the services or those working at the premises, however big or small their job maybe. My mother's experience at the Firgrove, was enjoyable and she was always well looked after. There were many events and enjoyable social activities that took place or a day to day basis. The level of care and attention given to her was impeccable and I commend them. I would recommend Firgrove, to anyone, friends, family, anyone!

I use to work at firgrove nursing home. I loved it there. everyone was friendly and caring to each other (staff as well as residence) I did not really want to leave it broke my heart saying goodbye to everyone. I miss all the staff that were there.
