Complete rip of took our car an M3 in with gear box problems, found out it was a known manufacturing fault that should have been fixed under customer service agreement. Synter misled us and charged over £5000 to replace the pump for the gear box. Less than two years later I have the same problem. We have brought three cars from them we would never buy anything from them again.

Avoid and use an alternative dealer.
