Super friendly staff, reasonably priced in-house strains, great deals. Loved our attendant Alex, he had great advice about their products. We also spoke to Ben on the phone, who gave us great advice as to what might or might not work us. All in all a pleasant, potent, efficient, and economical choice.

I had an amazing experience at this Easthampton location. Raquelle/Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect product for my occasion! She was very patient with me and gave me time to think about what I wanted to buy. I really loved the atmosphere and would definitely come back to this dispensary!

My father and I went today to pick up an online order. We were greeted at the side tent to Josh, sporting a Tampa Bay Lightening hat (unfortunate), with a warm smile and kind regards. After a brief, friendly chat, Josh assisted us with our IDs and directed us to the pick- up booth. My father and I upon arriving at the booth were again met with a friendly welcome by Julianna who was in charge of the payment and physical pickup of the streamlined process.
We were extremely satisfied with the service and are both glad to have such a friendly staff to help us out.

Good spot for recreational in Mass. The flower the few times I've tried it wasnt anything to write home about but the concentrates are good quality with the cheapest price tag I can find around. I shop here regularly.

INSA does a poor job staying current. I would love to come here more often but the menus never seem to update. Even if they update its never new, just recycling old flavors.
Prices are okay but INSA has monopolized the industry in Massachusetts owning 4 major pot retailers. You'd hope to see a change in price after 3 years but we haven't.
9 out of my last 10 trips. I have purchased items that I did not receive. INSA staff will not let you see the product before you buy it.
They have an okay amount of parking.
The staff.......... *rolls eyes*

Great place, amazing products. Would really love it if MA works allow non residented cards even if it cost a couple hundred to offset the taxes lost, or with the current taxes for rec use. I work in MA and have a card for a diff state. Would love to sample all the different strains and products offered.

Staff will go above and beyond for you at INSA. I am a medical patient and have a punch card for 50 dollars off 100 or more. INSA is currently running a special 2 chocolate bars for $50. My total came out to 90 dollars because I get a 10% discount for having masshealth. They happily took the discount out to help me. I had only brought 50 dollars with me. They understand this truly is medicine for some of us. Before I became a medical patient in frequented INSA. I can honestly say they treat everyone like a medical patient. I have been to other places and INSA. has them best chocolate picked from Belgium by INSA'S chef. I recommend the double sea salt caramel bar.

Ive been coming here for a while have not had any problems but my last visit i purchased 2 grams of wax one weighing .7 and the other .8. This is unacceptable these products are very pricey. I will be speaking to a manager my next visit with my receipt, and i expect to be compensated the half gram that I am owed.
