If you're looking to visit a dispensary, you must check this place out. Awesome staff, awesome products and awesome layout. The staff is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The layout is easy to navigate and informative, keeping the lines moving at a comfortable pace. With the assortment of quality products offered, there's something for everyone.

Nice place. I like it when businesses use the old mills that we have here in New England instead of wasteful new construction.
Not very many people there on a Monday afternoon, my wait was less than ten minutes; more like five.
The attendant was nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and I was on my way in no time. The chocolate bars are very good!

I had came to pick up an order I placed online. I ended up locking my keys in my car and one of your fellow employees from the security department named steve helped me get my keys out. I was sitting for an hour calling people and trying to get ahold of someone who could help me & your employee was generous and kind enough to let me use his Triple AAA to get my car keys out. Great service, knowledgeable employees and everyone had a smile. I could see what I was purchasing because the lighting was on point! There also was a nice variety of products. I didn't have to wait at all compared to competitors where I had a one hour wait or more. Definitely going back!!!

After educating myself on the cannabis industry in the Pioneer Valley I have found INSA to be second to none from the top down. The money spent here will stay in the cannabis industry. I can't find evidence of anyone lining their pockets unlike the corporate owned others in Noho and Amherst. I love the smell of the on-site grow and processing. From my first visit I felt welcome and cared for as a patient. Customer service has always far exceeded any expectations I could have had. Even if the strains on the menu are not as fantastic at times as some other places, I can truly feel good getting my medication here.

Anna was awesome! She helped walk my friend and I through all the options, gave great advice and recommendations. I Want to go back and try the wedding cake. All of the staff was friendly and super welcoming. Parking was easy. Line moved very quickly.

Nice place line moved fast. Friendly staff. Online orders are filled fast. The only thing I don't like is the flower is prepackaged and very dry. I would like to be able to see and smell the flower.

Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Sophia was very helpful. Coming from Colorado, prices were obviously a little hard to swallow, but that is to be expected. :) This was my first dispensary visit on the east coast, and it was a very pleasant experience.

First time at INSA, I've been further up the way to NETA several times but this trip to INSA may have just become my go to. Very cool store and staff, and though it was my first time here the quality seems to be higher than what you'd find at NETA (especially when it comes to pens, usually much higher concentrations.) Will definitely be back. (Sorry I only took one picture)

I was having a great day and thinking about relaxing until I went to this dispensary and was told to get back in line like a street dog. I wanted to look around the store before getting in line, but apparently you can only check the display if you’re ready to buy. I’ve had good experiences here before, but the blonde skinny girl needs customer service training

I have been a long time customer and never had an issue until now.Unfortunately I purchased 7 prerolls and 3 of them were supposed to each be 1grm of Lemon Cookies and each was a half a cone so needless to say no way they were 1grm each and you cant open the bag to see what you got before you leave there you have to legally wait til you get home to check your order so not living in the same town makes it hard to do anything about it and that just puts the cherry on top of the cake after seeing half filled cones so as a frequent customer im disappointed

hi, today I had the best day of my life. I was able to experience total comfort and relaxation. When I came into the shop a representative by the name of Sean really helped me. He was knowledgeable, he was patient and he also was very professional in his sales. He made my day. Before I came here I was having a very rough day but since I came and talked to Sean he really made me feel like a better person. definitely recommend you to see Sean whenever you have any questions about this place. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot to the moment we pulled out we were greeted with smiles and kind helpful staff. The door greeters were laughing and smiling and showed us in. The check-in for recreational was easy and the man behind the desk was energetic and on his game. We got in and right to Nicole, who’s insightful information got us some of the coolest and best tasting products for a great experience. Her kindness and patience was just the right energy for we first timers. If we’re ever in the north east again, we will stop in for more. Thank you Nicole!

I went with a friend who had a COVID reservation for pickup. The line was extremely long. Compared to Neta in noho, Insa seems like they need to rethink the pick up process. There are way too many people in close proximity here. My friend says the selection is very good though... And the long line seems to be moving along at the pace of a roller coaster line.

I always try to tine my trips for the least amount of traffic. Beyond learning where to turn in and where to leave is as bad as it gets. Parking outside. Short walk to the door. Ive been able to finish by business in a matter of minutes. Very nice appearance and helpful staff.

I only went to Insa because I was tired of my local shop not having any variety or sometimes just not having any product in stock. I was blown away by not only the variety of products at Insa, but also by the space, customer service, and quality of product. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone, especially the weekenders coming up from CT, NY, PA, or NJ. Its only a couple miles from the highway but offers much more.

From check-in to check out, a very pleasant and well managed experience. INSA makes the security protocols seem less obtrusive than I expected. We were warmly greeted by Anna who described the store and a little of its history. She proceeded to answer all of our questions and then asked good questions to help us decide what we wanted. She made sure we had time to think and consider our options. No rush, no push just solid, concierge-level service.
Every step was 100% compliant with the law while still friendly and genuine.
Thanks Anna. The dark chocolate bars were excellent.

Always a great experience, love the building and the minimalist, jewelry store display of the products. You can reserve ahead, or wait in line to enter and peruse the choices and have personalized attention and answers to your questions by warm and friendly staff. I have twice been taken care of by Anders, and he is great, very knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling. He patiently explained everything on my first trip there and made me laugh. It's the reason I keep coming back. So fun! All the staff seem really happy. Wish I could be that happy at my job!

i purchased some product from here ( specifically oils) i got sick to my stomach after consuming their products. i called insa, and the 'friendly' insa staff member told me they would exchange the product. well i got home, and fired up some dabs with a buddy. after about ten minutes we both felt sick to our stomach. my friend bolted to the bathroom to vomit. now i know for a fact it was their products that made us sick. i feel obligated to write A MAIL IN LETTER to the cannabis control commission regarding this issue. this is a public health issue that needs to be brought into the light.
