Over 10£ for “fried rice” with chicken wouldn’t be bad if i actually got a seasoned fried rice. I got PLAIN white rice with a bit of spring onion, egg, and pale chicken.. I’m very confused with this place.. do not recommend at all..

Reasonable food price and short waiting time. Both of my friends and I loved the crispy pork belly.

Very happy with the food from here. Crispy aromatic duck is a winner. Chilli wantans packed a huge punch. And one of the nicest mapo tofu I’ve tasted in a long while (heat perfectly balanced with salt). Greens were ok and Singapore fried noodles were a touch greasy. But this is great Cantonese food if you’re looking for a big feed.

Definitely lived up to the name of being the best roast duck in the world. Other dishes in the menu can be really good too, although the quality may varies among the many outlets. If you must choose just one item from the menu, just go for the roast duck.

The roasted duck is absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food came quite quickly. The place is extremely crowded so don't expect a fine dining experience.

After being in Europe for over 2 weeks and having tried a couple of mediocre Chinese restaurants in France, it was so good to finally have a nice meal! Our friends in London recommended this place and said the duck was the signature dish. And it did not disappoint! The flavour was divine and it’s juicy. The restaurant decor is very old school, making us feeling very nostalgic. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

My favourite Chinese restaurant. The food is tasty, simple decor, tables with white table cloth.

Extremely under-rated place. Full of people, mostly Chinese (very good sign!), so they don’t really need the extra traffic. Come here for the AMAZING FOOD, and NOT for the vibe or fancy interior design or top-tier service (which is not very bad, by the way). Also make sure you know beforehand what from the menu is worth ordering, because some choices may be risky. The traditional Cantonese Duck is a must-have. We also had sweet Cantonese style sizzling beef, which was exceptional. Most appetizers are also safe choices.

The only reason l took my brother here for his birthday was because he likes duck which they are supposedly well known for. It was ok tastier than some restaurants in Chinatown but certainly not as good as the original Four Season in Bayswater. For me it was only OK with the sauce. We ordered the 3 roast and even the Char Siu wasnt as flavoursome. I could make better roast pork myself. The Japanese style pork ribs looked interesting but not for me. It wasn’t anything special. The lobster was expensive, it was a birthday treat not worth that price. Lobster was cooked well but extremely bland and flavourless. I had to put soy sauce on the vegetable dish. What has happened to the good Chefs..... Service wasn’t fab. The guy who originally served us was polite, but the 2 Waitress were a disappointment. Before we had finished the main course, the Waitress cleared everything away and put a plate of oranges on the table, while l ate the last piece of spare rib. Then we were given the bill before we had even finished the oranges. We hadn’t asked for the bill, they just wanted us out because there was a queue outside the restaurant. Service charge was also included on the bill. It’s unlikely I will be going back. There are better restaurants in the area.

The duck is far too sweet for HK style roast duck. Cold when serve. Other dish was also a disappointed, think the standard has drop badly compare with the same duck I had few years back.

Food was very salty but otherwise good. The plain noodles helped cover up the saltiness. The roasted pork was yummy. Be prepared to queue during peak dinner time. Remember to go inside the restaurant to register with the staff . All parties must be present before they admit you. Restaurant is rather big. It has 3 levels.

Four Seasons is a small and cozy restaurant in Chinatown. Going to Four Seasons is like being transported to China by the opening of a door. Despite being cozy, one should not expect any type of luxury. Simple but effective decoration, quite polite but efficient staff, the goal is to have you properly served and happy as soon as possible, but keeping in mind that the faster you leave the table the faster a new customer will have a seat. The menu is what one would expect from a Chinese restaurant. However, there is s small tip: do not go for the roasted combo's: it's not that much food and since the meats where cooked at different times you'll notice that some pieces are clearly better than others. So, go for the Roasted Duck instead: the portion is quite big and delicious (way better than the pork belly or spare ribs). The rice does the job. Alongside this I also had some chinese cabbage fried in garlic. Once again, a big portion, tasty but a bit on the raw side, at least for me, I like cabbage to be quite tender. All in all, Four Seasons is a nice restaurant to go if you want to eat something tasty fast.

Best for roast duck and rice. Not convinced with the other dishes on the menu. Service can be a little hit and miss as is the case with many of these Cantonese places.

Spring rolls and bean curd tasted and appeared to have been reheated from frozen. Best thing was egg fried rice and prawn crackers... Lemon chicken was dry and sauce congealed.

Great option for roast duck and/or pork. The space is spread over three levels and can feel a little cramped, but the service is fast and efficient. Most people come for roast meat, but the lobster is worth it (even if it's a little pricey)

Taste of home. Super fatty duck. 25 pounds for the entire duck. Got the 2 combination bbq meat platter as well. Garlic stir fry prawn was very little portions for 13 pounds. The rest of the dishes were super value for money. Service is fast and dishes were warm. 4 stars because chef at the chopping board not using gloves & prawn dish too expensive

Bought two take away sand got a load of bones and end bits which is definitely not worth it. Not the first time. Better off going to Goldmine in Bayswater. This place has gone downhill.

Their Irish roast duck definitely lives up to their reputation ????????????????, the duck fat n skin is an experience to try even if you think you had the best roast duck elsewhere in the world. Their roast pork is not bad, skip the charsiew. Just order half a duck if you are eating alone, it's worth it ????

Not too crowded. The roast duck is quite fresh, although the skin could be more crisp. The fried rice was rather below expectations, but I'd definitely return for the roast duck. The BBQ pork (char siew) is worth a try as well.

The taste of dishes is the worst in foods I have even tasted, too hard to eat, very greasy to throw up, and some foods are less than their pictures on outside advertisement, but its price is more expensive than itself , do you believe the following picture showing its quantity is a half roast duck? And the dining environment is the worst in restaurants I have even visited , which is long and narrow and dusk and smelled of mildew, with some cough...

I still tell every soul that I know to avoid Four Seasons and go to Gold Mine. I only visited because it's convenient. But to be honest their duck is not much difference with the rest of the Chinese joints at Chinatown. If I had to queue for this place for more than 10 minutes I probably would not even go. The duck skin is not wee bit crispy, just basically fat and succulent. But really nothing special at all. Staffs are known to be the most unfriendly ones - well you can't expect anything much from a high turnover rate place where staffs are just so busy till they can't breathe. You are expected to leave when you are done because there’s always a queue. Staffs will slam the bill on your table once you are done without you asking. Look at a diff perspective it’s called efficient. Sadly that's how it works.

This place was disgusting, the food was microwaved we could feel the piping hotness of underneath the plate. The vegetables were soaked in grease, so much that when you bit into it a squirt of a salty oil shot out. the workers were overly aggressive and pressured us into staying and eating there. I do not recommend going here!! The price was way off and instead of giving us too portions of rice she gave us one and claimed it was two mixed. They also falsely told us the 20 pound portion (one small plate) of meat came with rice, so in the end we had to pay for another. Please don’t waste your money here.

Ordered 3 meat combo of roast duck, soya chicken and roast port belly, as well as spinich. Found the duck and roast pork very fatty and oozing oil. The soy source over the meats was too salty and too much. The spinich taste somewhat raw. The rice was expensive.

Been here for its well-known name. 4 stars for reasonable price and 3 for the food that is not fancy for our Asian taste. However, it could relief our homesick. Pampering table service is not their style of serving. Open for lunch till late.

We was queuing up to have a seat for more than 30minutes but staff let Chinese go into first who was just behind to us. We couldn't understand why, so i asked to him, but the answer turned back in Chinese. How can he spoke in Chinese to customer, in London ? And didn't explain why. I think this restaurant should take care about their services. They have to know that services can make good or bad impressions about the restaurant. The food was just normal. Nothing special. And also We felt amount of the food was not enough for that prices.

The foods were tasty and the service was OK. I guess most people come here for the duck and my cousin who was working at London told me he had to had a duck once an week here. The duck actually tasted good. However it is too exaggerated for you to claim you have the best roasted duck in the world and it is a little bit overpriced comparing to the same or even better quality duck anywhere in New York City. I believe people from Beijing or Nanjing, China will also totally agree with me. Overall this is one of the best Chinese restaurant in London and absolutely recommend.

Food was great but I experienced such a horrible Service. I had a table outside. one male staff who wear glasses did mess up my order. He did make a mistake but he never said sorry or any apology but he just did keep blaming me. I am sure he is not ready to serve customers as a waiter. the taste of foods was great but the waiter ruined the taste. I think I'm not going to visit to the restaurant again

Even as a Chinese I can’t really fault their dishes (the ones I’ve tried at least) Their 3 roast rice is my all time favourite, the meats are always done well and flavoursome, amazing price for the huge portion, always satisfies my picky pallet and makes me feel homey!

A popular place for roasted duck in London. They now have 2 shops in Chinatown, London on top of the original shop in Bayswater, London. The quality can match those popular roasted duck in Hong Kong. Tender and juicy. They offer many other tasty dishes too. Queue is expected during meal hours. Try to avoid these times if you don't want to queue for a meal.
