Hayes Park Nursing Home

Excellent experience with this home. My Mum was there for 11 days for nursing care before unfortunately she passed away. she was looked after in every possible way always clean and comfortable. One thing I noticed no smells of any sort unlike some homes.Staff looked after her excellently and also me at such a sad time. One touch which the family appreciated was a video taken on her 98th Birthday which we now treasure. Thank you all for your care and help under sad circumstances. We would highly recommend your Home. You should all be proud of the caring work you all do.

Absolutely fantastic place for your loved ones, dad was there for 12 days and he was well looked after, sadly dad passed away but his care was great.

(On behalf of an ex employee) Terrible place to work for as there's no management and was shocked to discover that Manager who runs the place also in charge of HR!!! Would never recommend anyone to work for. Your voice never get heard, Owner and Manager bullies you, you will never get any support whatsoever and Terms & Condition of contract change every month most likely whenever they want to. I've never experienced such an awful place to work for as being in food industry for last 15 years. Even City council was also shocked to discover that every year they get to see new faces in the kitchen. So glad to be out of the place.
