Such a fantastic shop with excellent customer service and a beautiful selection of plants. I went in on a whim with my partner and chose a plant which the gentleman working kindly repotted and sent us some information on care once home. Will definitely be returning!

We were walking past VA Florist yesterday and came across a really cute little Xmas Tree. It was reasonably priced and is in a pot so is extremely healthy.
The guy who served us was really helpful and friendly and even offered to drop the tree to our flat later so we didn't need to walk all the way back with it, which was so nice and much appreciated.
Such fantastic service, thank you and the tree looks great!

Beautifully arranged bunches of flowers and great value. I told the owner my budget, picked one or two flowers I liked and he took it from there, adding a great selection of flowers and greenery. Very knowledgeable and friendly service, I've told all my friends and family to go there in the future!

First time ordering from VA flowers. My partner called up early morning and requested flowers with a bit of blue in it. We received a call to notify us the flowers were ready for collection. I picked up the flowers from the shop and they were absolutely stunning and a massive bunch! As I was driving with the flowers, I was able to borrow a box to help transport them easily. Overall wonderful customer service and great quality flowers. I cannot wait to order from VA florist again!

I was greeted by a man who was rather rude and somewhat aggressive in his manor.
Rather intimidating also given his height.
He asked me for proof on why I am exempt from wearing a mask. Given the fact he walked out of the back without on himself.
Government advice is to not challenge someone on why they are not wearing a face covering

He whole demeanour was rather disgusting also arrogant as if himself was an enforcement officer.
In terms of energy, kindness and customer service. The flower arrangements from this shop are irrelevant.
I ever heard someone in the back telling him to calm down or something to that effect.

Really great bunch of flowers, fresh, lovely arrangement (I left it to them to choose pinks and whites) and delivered at the time agreed. There were electric gates to the house so they took the recipient's phone number to agree the delivery, no problem. Great service, will use them again, as will the recipient and her friends! Amazing florist and very creative. Andy the owner did all the flowers for my daughters wedding at The Langham Hotel last month and it looked incredible. He decorated the house, and created flower arches outside the house and also outside the church...something very rarely seen in London these days. The guests were all fighting to take home the table arrangements. I will totally recommend him and trust his impeccable creative vision. Pomegranate Flowers is a hidden gem I north London and everyone should know about it.

The worst experience ever!!!
Until today I was happy that I discover a nice and talented florist in my area. I am saying this because 2 months ago I went there and he made a lovely birthday bouquet for my mum worth £30 and we bought an additional orchid so we spent about £40, both of the mens the tall guy and the florist were nice after I said what I want and we waited there we chat while the bouquet was ready.
Yesterday I went in there to order a small bouquet this time I said to be about £10 to be ready to collect today learning from the previous time was there when a lady come and collect a little bouquet of seasonal flowers. I said I will be there around 5.30pm but due to transport issues I was a but late, when I het in I see the florist is not really to see someone opening the door, I tell him that I come to collect the bouquet I ordered yesterday with the other guy. He is a bit rude I put it on a bad day he goes inside as says to the other gentleman hidden in the back what I am saying as he can’t understand me, which of course intrigued me and comes over and asked what flowers did as he didn’t do the requested bouquet yet. I tell him that he had no flowers yesterday in the shop and that I mentioned to the tall guy that I trust them and any colour is good for me, meanwhile he takes some flowers not anything pretty goes on the working bench and comes back to take same leafs and behaves like I disturb him. I fell like I am forcing him to do me a favour on that moment and I interrupt him asking if is everything ok and if is not pleased to serve I can leave and he comes back to me saying that he is tired and I only ordered a £10 bouquet not £100 funeral flowers and now he has to do that and is my choice if I want to stay or leave, of course I said thanks you and I left.
Considering this was ordered 1 day before, I was there late all the details has been discussed , his attitude proves lack of professionalism and customer service. If last time I spent £40 in his shop was ok now for £10 he behaved in this shocking way because the value wasn’t enough.
Disappointed of the service, no every time people can order bouquets worth of £40 there are different occasions and needs and he was meant to be there for that and I saw a bouquet worth of £10 made there I thought is better to go there than supermarkets but never again

Pomegranate flowers is an undiscovered treasure in Palmers Green! I was a very lucky bride to receive a stunning bouquet at fantasic value for money. I had countless compliments! The button holes I ordered for the groom's men were beautifully put together and perfectly matched the bouquet. The owner lived up to his words when he said nothing would leave his store if it wasn't to his best standards and quality. Excellent attention to detail accompanied with impeccable customer service skills! Highly recommend!!! A huge thank you to pomegranate flowers!

Yesterday at short notice they did an oriental style bouquet for a friend's Japanese evening and today they've done a beautiful mix of tulips with eucalyptus to take to say thank you for lunch.
Friendly helpful guy running the place. Lovely parade of shops with places for cofree, tea or lunch.
