Boots at Langney are so helpful and go out of there way to help People above complaining have no idea how much abuse the staff have had during covid and lock down The pharmacy in particular as it's always busy because its customer base covers quite a large community in that area of the elderly and young families If there's a delay from the suppliers it's not the fault of the Langney staff ------but they are in the frontline of some of you abusing them . Thank goodness to the staff up there for keeping the store going It would be a disaster for many if it wasnt there We don't all drive so going into town or the Crumbles( both of which are so unfriendly is not an option.

I have always thought Boots are over priced and don’t have much time left on the high street!
But what an amazing manager at this branch who could not be more helpful if she wanted to. All staff were welcoming as well.
What a contrast to the xxxxx at the Crumbles and her team.

A smaller boots shop, with the normal medical or cosmetic line ups. Also has a pharmacy for dispensing prescriptions. Free parking outside of the shopping centre.

Good selection of Boot's stock. Staff moral is poor in this store which has lead to slow service times and bad practices. Just pop in for a presription and you you will see what I mean.

Service in the pharmacy is terrible, prescriptions are never ready no matter how far in advance you order them, always just going to do them and have to go back. Never once have I gone there and got the prescription first time.
