The staff talk to u like dirt if they dont ignore you very disgraceful after my experience i wont ever go back in there

Staff could be happier ???? but they do a good job

Collecting my prescription this morning. Lady in front of me had a question about a rash on her shoulder. Not wearing a mask. I waited my opportunity. Wearing a full mask I announced my name and that I am collecting my prescription. I proceeded to slide my mobile phone towards the lady serving me to show her proof of my pre paid prescription. Rudely and without any need she told me in a very aggressive voice to step back the two meters. I then questioned her about her rude tone at which point she pointed to the sign saying two meter distancing and proceed to tell me she is not going to have an argument with me. At this point all credit to the Pharmacist who step in and defuse the situation. Staff member extremely rude and obviously having a bad day. Could be so but do not take it out on customers. I do have a choice , do I give them my custom again or go to an alternative pharmacy. If you deal with members of the public be courteous irrespective if you are having a bad day.

Great pharmacists always got time to advise .

I go to Asda Pharmacy every day to collect my prescriptions that I need n I have to say that the staff are brilliant as they are very polite,helpful,and I can't fault the service that I get every time I go in there so we'll worth the 5 star's.

Staff awful not bothered

The pharmacists Kamil and Sebastian are outstanding and always have time for customers as well as being as knowledgeable as Doctors in my opinion.
