Been using Kamsons in bolton rd eastbourne quite a while now, all staff lovely & v gd. However! One member sticks out & certainly above & beyond in my eyes "Alex" he is an absolute gem nothing to much trouble, 1 call is all i have to make & job done leave the rest to him. Hes an asset & a credit to kamsons & feel this needs to be recognised higher
!! Head office! Reward this man in some way! Iv been quite poorley recently & delivery was gonna be some days, this man made sure!!!! I had my meds delivered personally didnt have to but his kindness has meant im now slowly on the mend. People might say its his job, sorry iv been in retail 25yrs not everyone is like me & him. Please speak to alex & congratulate him on his sincerity to the company.

Awful at repeat prescriptions. Takes them over a week to receive mine, and one particular member of staff is extremely rude and makes out she knows everything. Really horrible experience with her on multiple occasions, I've changed to a different chemist. My partner orders her repeat prescription after me from a different Kamsons and still receives it before me. And this isn't becaus of Covid-19as this woman said, this has been happening since middle of last year.
