Thank you so much for my speedy emergancy prescription after I accidently ran out of one of my meds. Then adding me to the delivery round very late to ensure I didn't suffer. Really helpful Pharmacist who I think went out of their way to help

Awful beyond words. They are currently absolutely not answering the phone at all, whatsoever, have not been doing so for a week. They are not responding to emails. They are responsible for home delivery of my meds: I am disabled. They have not delivered, about a week late, it is absolutely impossible to contact them. The GP surgery says they have heard the same from many other people. Stunningly irresponsible and incompetent.

I no longer use this awful pharmacy
My partner who suffers with asthma used to save her used inhalers and take them there to be recycled. Last week we handed a bag of inhalers in and the sales assistant asked if the bag contained any used needles, wouldn't have minded but the pharmacy was full of other customers and I have never used or injected any drugs

Very unprofessional staff and rude doctors -
I have been with this surgery for a long time and all of which have not been good, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment these days and when you do get through the receptionists always ask if it's an emergency first of all who would phone up and say no it's not an emergency just felt like ringing ???? and then I have been asked what the problem was which is none of their business, and when I had told them previously they had repeated what I said loud so everyone would have heard! I had made a complaint about it but had no result.
The doctors are no good for fully trained proffessionals, I have not been able to see my own doctor for over a year! I had one that had used google which I'm sorry but I could of done that myself! Another say what would you like me to do about it, well I wouldn't be there if I knew!! And recently got a doctors sick note that said i am not fit to work which he had reccommended and as the reason he put feels unwell, not sick, illness, viral, or flu or even cold that I have to hand in to my workplace that looks like a sick note for a five year old to get out of PE!
Each time has been a disappointment I will NOT be stupid enough to go back again and will be choosing a different surgery!

I have been using this chemist for nearly two years and they are amazing, very helpful staff, very polite, always can't do enough to help you, best chemist in Eastbourne. I would recommend anybody to go there for advice or help. The late hours are a savour for me, especially with a young family and we often need things late or can't get there till after work.

I was calling for 4 days before somone answers the phone, when I asked why he explained they are always busy and under staffed. Pretty shocking.

Very professional and made a real effort with privacy for me to take my medication in a private room. Didnt seem to want to discuss homeopathic medicines with me but i assume he had no knowledge or understanding of them. Served very quickly

Awful pharmacy as they never have prescription ready or the medication you require. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Will happily see you leave without medication than do anything to help and sadly this is not just a 'one off ' experience

Absolutely Awful pharmacy will never use again, Prescription taken in Thursday, went to collect yesterday on item could not be collected, they said they had no idea when it would be available due to shortage, 15 mins later after help from receptionist at the Drs managed to get another prescription, drove round to Sainsburys and they had plenty in stock. This is not my 1st problem with this pharmacy

FOREVER GETTING THINGS WRONG! Mixing medication. Putting other peoples stuff in with mine and then trying to make me pay for it!
Staff tell you that they don't have your prescription... then you have to fight with them until they agree to look a second or even a third time - then finally they come out with it and go "here it is" with not so much as a whispered 'sorry'.
