We used Chez Michele as our wedding florist in May 2019 and we chose her because her aesthetic was perfect for the Asylum Chapel where we were having our ceremony and her prices were very good. After our first meeting and discussion of what we were looking for I had complete confidence and left the details in Michele and her team's hands and I was not disappointed. They went the extra mile to find me the coral peonies I wanted as my statement flower even though they had just gone out of season. Although she did not always reply promptly to email, she delivered stunning bride and bridesmaid bouquets, large altar urn arrangements, buttonholes/corsages and table arrangements. Overpriced but probably to be expected due to its location in London’s Borough Market. What is unexpectedly disappointing is the service.
We rang to inform them that they had supplied us with fewer items than we had paid for. Their immediate response was to be unhelpful. We asked if we could pick up the missing items but they said they were closing in 30 minutes. When we said we could travel all the way back to the store in 30 minutes, we were immediately told they were closing in 15 minutes. Then Michele (presumably of Chez Michele herself) came to the phone and basically, albeit politely, accused us of lying. She said she would have to check with her staff who had left for the day to corroborate what we were saying, and she would get back to us the next working day. Not helpful that it was Christmas Eve and we ideally needed the items for Christmas Day, when it would be closed. 5 working days later, still no response.
We could call again to remind her, but honestly their attitude is disheartening and having already given them the opportunity to make things right, it is not worth our time. Never again.

Terrible tired looking flowers. I came in a day earlier and picked my flowers, came back the next day to find out they had given them to someone else.. AFTER PAYING MY DEPOSIT. Asked for delivery, and wasn't told about any extra charges. On the day I was called up and asked to pay extramarital there are hidden charges they don't disclose at time of purchase. £65 later, with some old battered flowers you could pick up from the park. There are better florists in London. Avoid this one.

We created a shortlist of florists and visited Chez Michelle on several occasions. Each visit we noticed the pre-arranged bouquets were of a high quality in comparison to others on our shortlist.
We provided a simply brief along with a photo of our ideal wedding flowers. Working in a
creative and technical industry myself with a sharp eye for detail the flowers were going to be scrutinised on delivery! They arrived on time and the quality, colour, variety and overal arrangement was absolutely stunning - the flower arrangements exceeded our expectations.

Overpriced flowers and terrible service. The custom made bouquet I asked for was short a few roses, but I was still charged for them. The card machine wasn't working so I paid cash, receiving a handful of small change..asked why I couldn't get £1 and £2 coins and the lady replied she wasn't allowed to give out big coins. Ridiculous. Stay well clear of this place.
