My experience coming here was interesting. The store was very busy and the staff were rushed off their feet. All I could hear was other customers moaning about the pharmacy. From what I can see all the staff work incredibly hard and do their best to give the best service and nothing less. I think these people moaning need to realise that actually the village is massively growing and that the pharmacy has to handle us all and when people moan like that it’s very disheartening. I have always had a great experience here and even if I have to wait 10 minutes I have to do it everywhere else anyway like budgen and the post office.

Would of been zero stars but can't enter that, nothing has changed after remodeling of shop, still rubbish service, long wait for medication to be dispensed even though prescriptions have been in for over a week. Henfield medical centre should be aloud to dispense medication!!!! Now getting meds from Tescos Burgess hill. Great service there.

Had to wait in a queue of 10 people (pretty much everyone in Henfield) due to one girl serving and the other just re arranging the shelves behind the counter. Absolutely awful service.

Lack of staff, who are constantly changing, insufficient shop space. No proper storage area for prescriptions. It takes 3 days for a prescription to be made up. I complained to head office last November & was assured that the branch manager would get back to me, he didn't. I am not alone in complaining & the existing staff have to bear the brunt of our complaints!

I collected my prescription the other day and it had someone else's name on it. Every time I collect my prescription it's never complete. Also there is always a new member of staff that doesn't know what to do. The amount of times I've called the Doctors to complain is ridiculous. Just general all round bad experience bad service. All I can say for anyone with thier experience is to call the doctors and complain hopefully eventually something will get done.

Going to this pharmacy is a horrible experience. They have stopped preparing prescription orders now,they wait until you walk in through the door,even if you order online and give them several days leeway. This means that whenever you go to collect there is always a 20 minute wait for the item to be handed over. When the customer in front of me queried this,the manageress gave quite an aggressive reply,saying that they had been closed for 2 days due to snow,that the were only 4 staff on duty,that they dealt with 14000 prescriptions a week,and that Henfield was a growing village!! All this may be true,but it didn’t answer the mild question as to why they were apparently a week behind! Surely the 2 day closure gave them the opportunity to catch up,so that the pharmacist could simply check the orders before distribution? The whole debacle is made worse by the soupy sign in the window ‘ you will feel better on leaving than you felt when you walked in’ I never do!

This chemist is an absolute joke the staff make it perfectly clear they would rather not be there by stomping around and huffing and puffing and talk down to customers after working in a pharmacy myself I cannot believe how slow they are at sorting out a prescription thankfully I hardly use them but every time I have I have had to wait between 20-45minutes or had to come back yet I can go to a smaller one in upper beeding and have it done in under 5 minutes. Even an electronic prescription I had sent today at 9:30 wasn't ready to collect until gone 3:00!! 1 tube of cream over 5 hrs to collect! After today I won't be using them again.

This pharmacy has got to be the worst one on the planet. Staff are rude and there administration is awful. Will never be returning rather drive to Boots in Horsham for my prescription.
