They are very busy at times, but that is not their fault. Always dealt with as fast as they can with courtesy. Also there is an Egyptian Pharmacist who is one of the most beautiful and kindest women I have ever met.

Every time my husband or I use this pharmacy we are ignored by the staff. On my last visit the staff even served the man who was behind me in the queue and then I was told to wait (by the person serving even though she had finished the other person)until a new member of staff came into work, all while the other 5 members of staff in the dispensing area ignored me. I've also found that they won't do anything about our prescriptions until we go in and ask for them. This wouldn't be so bad, but they nearly always have to order the items in and don't do this until we've asked, as our prescriptions are sent automatically by the doctor we have to go in and ask for them to action the script then go back several days later to pick up. Which defeats the point of the GP sending it on.

Gave up using this chemist, as it is so stressful using it, mistakes, waiting times,arguments. Had to use it today as doctor issued it here, hasn't changed still as bad.

I phoned the branch regarding having a flu jab and was told not to come between one and three as the pharmacist Ms Patel would be at lunch. I arrived at 12.10 and said that I had come for a flue jab and was told in a rude tone by a staff member ‘it can’t be done for at least 30 minutes.’ I explained I had rang that morning and was told to come before 1pm or after three and the staff member snapped but not on a Friday! The member of staff that I had spoken to on the phone (without appearing)said it was her that I had spoken to and that she hadn’t said not on a Friday to me. I was begrudgingly given a form to fill in and sat and waited and waited the pharmacy was empty and still nobody came from around the back a few names where called out for prescription pick up but there was only me sitting there wanting a flue jab! Eventually the rude staff member came back to take my form and told the pharmacist there was only me waiting, she came around from the back with my form, saying that she couldn’t do it as she had a form to fill in for the jab I required and hadn’t yet done it, (obviously wanted to get on her lunch break!) although they did have the jab in stock so I could come back next week! (I required the one you have to pay for) I had sat there for nearly 40 minutes, rudeness to the highest degree! Needless to say, no way would I be going back there instead I went to Tesco Pharmacy, very polite and in and out in under 5 minutes! I know where I will be going in future!

Always have to wait for prescriptions to be made up even when you put them in over a week early ☹

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY....I have used this chalky road pharmacy on and off for many years Only because of no other pharmacy near by. Only as a last resort .... Most times you have to wait for medications. Up to 15-20 mins, Even when you hand in the prescription the day before. You would sometimes still wait along time....Long queues. Staff not friendly. Top marks for the pharmacists. Over crowed, not many seats to wait. I would not recommended....

Have used this pharmacy since it was constructed. Must be well over ten years ago now?! Staff are very friendly and professional and no problem in getting my meds on time.

after finally receiving the correct prescription ( this was my doctor's fault not there's) and STILL having to pay for both, I open my prescription to find that it hasn't even been prepared correctly and the components of the medicine haven't even been mixed.... useless
