Kamsons Pharmacy

My almost disabled mother rang for a repeat prescription only to get some snotty nosed "know it all" tell her she is too early to order her tablets?? When for YEARS now she has ALWAYS ordered on the 10th day her pain medication for arthritis. When ordering she was told that she needs to "wait another week" and after being told that this is not early and have been ordering for years on the 10th day was told "I will request them but the doctors will probably deny them anyway" and then PUT THE PHONE DOWN! most of the time it takes a week for the doctors to process the bloody thing and that's IF these "highly" professional people EVEN REMEBER TO REQUEST THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE....which means an extra 2 weeks in pain due to INCOMPETENCE! Reply to Kamsons comment below: I'm very aware of the rules regarding repeat prescriptions, if I was too early to order my repeat prescription why was it delivered first thing this morning? Literally less than 24 hours after ordering it! Doesn't this itself prove your staff clearly need happy pills and more training?

SHOCKING SERVICE. Walked in the other day and this middle aged woman (purple in her her) eyed at me, walked at me and rudely commented: "Surely you should be wearing a mask?!" To that I replied that I have a medical reason not to. She rolled her eyes, made an u-turn and walked away saying nothing. I simply can't believe that someone would behave like that in a Pharmacy, where you see ill/sick people at all times. Absolutely shocked by this woman's behaviour - disgusting.

What an amazing efficient local pharmacy. Always so extremely helpful even when they are so busy

Pharmacy is ok. Can get busy from time to time but seems clear and spacious. Staff seem friendly enough compared to some places.

Good prices of products and nice staff. But not very private when buying private products.
