I’ve ordered flowers from Moorgate Flowers last minute or planned and they have always delivered on their promise. The lady who answers the call is friendly and creates a beautiful bouquet every time. I have used their service for 5 years. The start of me meeting my wife till yesterday.

Lovely chap on the phone took my call for a last minute bouquet to be sent to a nearby restaurant for a friends celebration with only an hours notice. Free delivery if spending over £40, super helpful discussing options, and not possible without their excellent service and can do attitude! Thank you!

Miserable service, explained I was looking for a 16th birthday bouquet, then she comes out with some pine cones & berries,no actual flowers ????????♀️ Looked offended when asked to do something, she couldn’t be bothered to arrange a bunch of flowers, too busy eating! Sorry to disturb you luv, thought you were in the business of selling flowers!

I have been cheated too! I spent £28 for 4 bunch of peonies 3 days ago. 3 days later after purchase were all rotten!!! I can see other Customers had the same problem. I called the shop and the owner asked me to email a picture of the flowers but never got a response. DO NOT BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!

We spent enough money to get a decent bunch of flowers but the quality of flowers they used were so old. Pink didn't look pink but brownish and they were so awful. As I saw someone else's review I will never go back there.
I did not even want to give one star but without picking it won't let me post it.
