Kudos for still operating a delivery service during the lockdown. Tad disappointed with the bouquet though, doesn't look like in the pictures, but my biggest gripe is the underwhelming size. I ordered a large for 50 pounds, but if this is large I feel bad for the people who order a regular.

I bought a beautiful buoqet made by a lovely young lady called Zeita, She was very helpful and she is truly gifted. The composition of flowers just beyond words. Diffinitely 5 star service!

This business is an utter shambles and the service is appalling.
Their website enables you to send flowers on different days to different addresses. Might seem great if they had the capacity to carry this order out.
Not only did they send the wrong flowers to the wrong address on the wrong day (A MONTH early to my mother thus ruining her birthday surprise), the flowers died within 2 days. Their reason was that the order was confusing. The order made using their website.
Plus, I had been in contact with them the day before to expressly say that the order to my mother was not to go out the next day after receiving a message saying it had been cancelled! I was told that the cancelled order was the one that was actually meant to go out and assured that it was all corrected. Complete lies and rubbish.
Now I have been emailing them for days demanding a refund but no response. Disorganised charlatans.
Do not buy from them unless you don't mind shoddy flowers, poor service and ruined surprises.

Fantastic flower shop! Really great selection of interesting flowers and foliage. Judy wrote the list of flowers I wanted and Claudia put the bouquet together a few days later. We were just thrilled when we went to pick up this wedding bouquet! Claudia is super talented. Highly recommend this little flower shop in Liverpool Street Station.

Really lovely florist who swiftly made up a beautiful bouquet of tulips for my grandmother’s birthday, before I hopped on a train. It was made with love and kindness and you can see that in the bouquet. Thank you!

Please don't use this company. They are cowboys who have zero standards, no sense of customer service and will only leave you disappointed. Check the many negative reviews that they have received on Google and Trustpilot. Unfortunately I am one of the many customers who has experienced shockingly poor customer service, and was left fustrated by the false claims on their website and received no flowers.
Save yourself the time and misery, and don't use Flowerstation

Shockingly bad surly service. I’ve never ever bought flowers and left feeling bad before but the staff at the flower station seem to go out of their way to give you the feel-bad factor. When I asked for advice the ‘assistant’ said “your eyes don’t see the same as mine” What has happen to service?

The staff are absolutely amazing! My bridal bouquet, buttonhole and little flowergirl bouquet xame out even better than i could imagine! Im forever greatful to the ladies and a special mention to Klaudia, who went above and beyond and took a personal interest. The little flowercrown for my mittle girl was stunni g and i couldnt have asked for more. The prices were fantastic and I will recommend everyone i can. 5 stars just arent enough to express my gratitude

RUDE STAFF.. I just left this florist, I am in a rush to buy a bouquet for my sister's graduation today in Moorgate. Lady serving me was rude and abrupt and not accommodating to anything I asked. I left without buying. DO NOT RECOMMEND I had to call another florist and now making my way there.
