I spotted this flower shop on the way to GymBox. I live just around the corner but never really go inside. Got inside and was indecisive on which plants to take. Changed my options a few times. Lady behind the counter seemed to busy to talk or to delivery a good customer service. Great shop! Customer service was like not interested on assisting you at all! Can You just leave! I m busy! Are you having a bad day girl? Happy with my new add on plant for my Kitchen.

Lovely staff and beautiful flowers. Needed to pick up some last minute flowers for a leaving staff member and the lady behind the desk couldn't have been more helpful. She made a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for a great price. Will definitely be back for another special occasion.

Went in just before closing hour to get a surprise bouquet and was not disappointed. The staff member who served me was incredibly forthcoming and knew his stuff. He assembled a wonderful well-rounded mix of flowers at a very reasonable price.
Would highly recommend this place (just for the friendly reception alone)!

Called early in the day asking after a certain kind of flower. Was assured they had them and they were nice. Rushed out of work to get there and found scraggly wilted ones that were only buds. Super disappointed to have been mislead by the sales person. Had to scramble to find another florist that had them and hadn’t closed yet.

I am not big on writing reviews at all and especially regarding flower shops, but the amazing service I received, when much needed, is worth my time and recommendation! This store was open in the evening, when I completely forgot about my mother’s birthday and was wondering what to do, as she loves potted flowers for her garden. Luckily, I came across this lovely store and needn't worry about anything else! Big thanks again!

Disappointing. Ordered online, called twice on the day to check they were being delivered. First time I was told if I had ordered it would be fine, second time I was told the flowers were with the delivery driver. Nothing arrived and very embarrassing to have to pester someone to check with their building if they have received their 'surprise' flowers. When I called the next day I was kept waiting an hour for an explanation which was that the order had never actually been processed at all. Poor service and will not be using again.
I'd also like to add that it's now three weeks later and we still have not been refunded.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a special celebration and was very impressed. The quality of flowers was something I've not seen from any other florist and the arrangement actually made my wife say "wow". Service and delivery were great and the bouquet lasted almost 2 weeks. Will most definitely order flowers from Wildabout again.
