Ordered my bridal bouquets and Button holes here with Ella. I heard that florists are not very responsive so I picked Isle of flowers which has a store at London Bridge (close to where I work) and also a store at King's Cross near my venue which opens 24 hours for easy pick up the night before the wedding. I walked in to discuss my order and Ella has been very responsive to email as well. The bouquet looked beautiful! The entire process is very smooth as well. I pretty much just tell Ella my color theme and paid the balance and confirm pick up time.

The block of flats where we live uses "Isle of Flowers" to supply the flowers in the concierge. We've always liked the displays, so we decided to use them for our 50th Wedding Anniversary "do". We didn't really know what we wanted. We talked to Ella about it and then settled on 3 displays: a tall vase in the corner; a wide, sort of window box, on the mantelpiece; a small arrangement by the cake. My wife wanted roses but the quote was too high, so we told them the maximum we wanted to spend and left the details to the florist, Genute. We gave her photographs of the room and she decided on the colours and the flowers to use. The result was brilliant: I enclose a photograph of the small arrangement and the "window box". Unfortunately, we don't have any of the tall display in the corner. There was a cycle race going on that day, so a lot of roads were closed but the driver Luigji still delivered exactly when we requested and brought them all upstairs to the room. I really recommend them. Thank you, "Isle fo Flowers"!!

Perfect location for great business but who cares if the service is really poor with dead flowers or ugly packaging. Even its waste of money to get something at the last minute from there

Isle of Flowers have been absolutely superb. I wanted a stunning and unique bouquet for an unusual and special occasion. I contacted a couple of florists but only Isle of Flowers were helpful and responsive. Ella at Isle of Flowers has been exceptional in dealing with my enquiry. My brief was turning into the most incredible bouquet that have to be seen to be appreciated Their service was highly personal, professional and very responsive and they were able to create exactly the arrangement I had in mind. They were also very patient in dealing with my many questions By far the best floral service I have ever used

I visited Isle of Flowers London Bridge shop only last week to order a small bouquet and 3 button holes for my wedding yesterday. I gave a rather inept description of what I wanted. but the Florists were excellent, asked the right questions and understood the colours and size I wanted. The most gorgeous bouquet and button holes were delivered yesterday right on time for my wedding. I can't thank Isle of Flowers Florists enough and highly recommend them! Thank you!

Pretty flowers but the cashier was really unfriendly (London bridge station). The price listed was 1£ and he charged 1,50£. That was not fair but he would resist on his price. Because I was in a hurry and really needed the flowers I bought them but otherwise I would not have done it!!!

Pity I cannot give no star. London Bridge Station - On Wednesday 9th Jan I tried to get a nice small bouquet, but the person making it had no clue how to deal with it. I am not a florist and in the middle of the process I knew where it will end up. Unfortunately I was right, it was disaster! Never again. Such a waste of money.

I was gifted an orchid from isle of flowers less than two weeks ago and over the past week it’s slowly been dying and I found out today after seeing it lose all of its leaves that it had developed severe crown rot that I didn’t have time to spot. I have owned many orchids before and I do know how to water and take care of them so I known it is not something that I did (maybe watering incorrectly that causes crown rot). I called the place and they said they have a 7day policy after which they can’t replace my plant, this policy would make sense if it was a bunch of roses but given orchids can live for years. I consider this to be very unfair considering someone there must’ve watered my plant incorrectly. Furthermore, the excuse of “you should’ve spotted it when you bought it” excuse was used and it should never be anything a florist should say.... All in all, absolute rip off, my perception of isle of flowers amounts to them selling dying flowers for expensive prices.

Very low level of service. I bought red roses and they made an awful package asking also to pay £4 for this. I had to ask to do something better without a significant improvement. Low quality flowers despite high price (red roses 7£ each).

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift, half the flowers were wilting and on there way out. They were about the ugliest flowers Ive seen a cheap combination of yellow freesias , nasty pink mini carnations and one dark blue flower randomly , they look pretty awful, like the flowers you get on a garage forecourt. I complained but was told that some people like that combination of flowers and that some people prefer to buy "not the freshest flowers" , both excuses are rubbish. Only buy here if you can see what your getting first, not as a gift.
