Great service and arrived as hoped. I was a little nervous about doing a 'surprise' delivery in Central London but the Orchids I ordered were delivered the next day without any issues. She was very happy with them. Highly recommended.

I did a google search for a florist locally to the recipient and came across Bobby's Flowers. I called through to Bobby at 2.40pm to see if they could arrange an urgent local delivery. Bobby was out so he took all of my details and asked a colleague to call me back which happened in minutes. The bouquet was subsequently in the hands of the recipient within 50 minutes.
The service I received was exceptional. There's no other word for it and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.
Thank you for putting a smile on the recipients face and in quick time too. She loved the flowers.

I am overwhelmed with Boyan because he took ownership of the order and made it hapen within a record time 30minutes from the order time

Amazing company and amazing service!! I ordered flowers from eflorist and they messed up the order which meant I had to find another company to deliver flowers within two hours! I found Bobby's and they delivered within an hour of me calling them. They were so friendly and helpful. The flowers were beautiful too!! Highly recommended!!

I ordered flowers over the phone so was trusting them to do a good job and deliver- they sent a wonderful big bouquet which was delivered within 2 hours of placing the order- great service over the phone too and texted confirmation of delivery. Will use again.

vivant en France, j'ai voulu envoyer un bouquet de roses à une jeune femme habitant à Londres, pour cela j'ai donc effectuer une recherche sur Google afin de trouver un fleuriste.Une fois cette recherche effectuée j'ai échanger quelques mails avec ce fleuriste, un échange très aimable et chaleureux, j'ai donc choisi de faire entièrement confiance à cette entreprise pour la livraison de ce bouquet de roses.Malgré mon très mauvais niveau d'anglais nos avons pu convenir d'un prix plus qu'acceptable par téléphone. Je remercie mes différents interlocuteur de leur patience et de leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement cette entreprise, et merci encore Bobby et toute son equipe !Oscar.
