I was very happy with all the associates that help me with my needs at this store. I first came across the help I got from Gary Howell when I first purchased two chairs for my home office. Then I ended up replacing my old computer with a new computer purchase. Gary and Mark the technician transferred all my data in a quick and seamlessly manner. I was up and running in no time. Excellent and helpful staff at this location. Thank you for making my shopping experience a positive one.

10 dollar to print couple documents the internet very slow 2020 I never saw such a slow internet they made it for purpose to take more money from you!!! But the biggest problem that its make me crazy to seat and wait till the internet loading the data it took me 15 min to get to my gmail

Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is comfortable. Price is good, especially for those items are on sale or clearance. Check out time is fast. Credit cards accepted. Employees including the manager are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Public washrooms available. Free parking lot available in the front.

The only store of this franchise that provides proper customer service in the Greater Vancouver and lower mainland areas . Once again Grandview Hwy and West 10th could not help us in the print shop with 4 hours until closing . The Burnaby store had no problem and it was worth the drive . Sufina in the print shop is absolutely a top notch employee . 5 stars for her being so helpful .

The staff at this Staples location are absolutely fabulous. They genuinely care about their customers and make sure anything you need picked up is ready to go. I bought an office chair from there and the managers and staff were so helpful with helping me decide and assembling it for me very quickly. Whenever I need to go to Staples I only go to this location.

Maybe I was just lucky because it was not busy but the print department rocks! Super skilled and knowledgeable staff. Fast. Great quality results. And very well priced. I printed 3 poster size black and white articles and like only $3 a print. Score! Then I ended up buying some new lunch kits for the kids and ink for the printer. They have it all

There is additional T&C that Staples cooks up which goes "given the complex nature of our business, errors are occasionally made. We understand that these errors may cause our customers some inconvenience for which we apologize but we cannot offer compensation nor accept any liability for consequences arising from such errors." That's after holding on to my money for 2 weeks. Look elsewhere for electronics/appliances etc. Only a matter of time before these guys get gobbled up by Amazon.

I forgot a flash drive at the store while printing with a whole lot of personal photos and personal info on it. The manager Gary Howell took his time to send me a letter letting me know it was there. I would have had no idea otherwise. Thank you so much Gary if you see this! I also bought a mini printer but didn't want to buy without seeing a photo sample so one of the staff took one out of the package and printed one for me just so I could see it which I thought was pretty great customer service. I ended up buying it. Helpful staff, wonderful manager and lots of selection.

Staff are nice, helpful and generally approachable. The products are expensive but tolerable. Technical consultation when buying a computer should be awesome except, that clerk Lindsay is not helpful and will shoo you away as a shopper. Staples also lets its handicapped parking be used by Purolator truck and the general manager, according to Jason, said allows it. A large purolator truck occupies 2 large handicapped parking. No place for real handicapped people to park.

Bought a new desktop gaming PC. It doesn't run my preferred game, and Edge will not even bring up TELUS webmail - locks up. Asked about having this looked at, and was told there was a $60 charge, even though I bought the PC less than a week ago. Not at all happy with this. Upshot: I returned the PC for credit, then they looked at it and found the memory was defective. Did not repurchase, went elsewhere.

I went there this afternoon looking for printing. The girl at the print center was nice enough but had no idea what she was doing. She kept interrupting her co worker for everything. She seemed stressed and scatterbrained. Her co worker was visibly “over” his job, he clearly did not want to be there, and was super unhelpful. What i needed they did not have and i don’t blame them for this, but their lack of knowledge and unwillingness to help left me super frustrated. Found a smaller print shop near my house which did everything I needed in 30 minutes.

This is the kind of service you hope for when you buy local, a service that online dealers can't offer. I had a problem with a Staples brand product. I went to the Surrey Staples where I believed it was one of the 2 locations I may have purchased it at. They told me no receipt, no service. I went to the other location, which was this one at Market Crossing and Laura and Chad were exceptionally helpful, exchanged the product for me and Chad even gave me advice on the best software to use with it for what I needed. Thanks so much guys, you won me over. I'll definitely shop with you again. Maybe you could give advice to the General Manager at the Surrey King George store, she must be losing a lot of customers for Staples.

Purchased EasyCare Service Plan last year when I bought my shredder. When a piece broke last night, I simply returned the item to the store with my receipt attached to the Service Plan. I was given a store credit immediately plus assistance with choosing a replacement shredder. Now I can get back to shredding my 2017 papers that I no longer need.

A very very slow store. However no one approach me to ask if I needed any help or anything. The cashier looked like he wanted to be somewhere else cause I didn't even know which cash register to go to cause he was hiding between the two. Usually I just go to Staples when I really need something or else I don't even bother to browse in the store.

I came to the store looking for a dash cam. They were supposed to have 7 on stock but couldn't find them. I had this issue before with the apple pencil and I had to ask for help. Apparently they keep the "good stuff" on the back. Honestly, I don't like this policy. I like to see and read the box for 15-20 minutes to make sure that it's what I want. Probably this has been the last time I come to staples looking for something that has nothing to do with office supplies.

Our go-to place for office and school supplies. I always head to the bargain and clearance bins to look for items on sale. We also come here for accessories for our tablets and phones, which they have a wide variety (just keep an eye out for sale prices).

I like coming here sometimes because it's hardly ever busy. Make sure to check their flyers from the website beforehand because they don't usually have killer deals. They do however price match plus their online shopping experience is easy breezy.
