I called Specialized Refinishing Co. to come fix my cast iron sink i had chipped. The were quick to response and sent a quote with only seeing the images i emailed to them. Jones was extremely nice. After looking he stated that the color wouldn't be exact but he got it pretty spot on! Thanks guys for the incredible work and affordable pricing! We will be using again!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Alex from Specialized Refinishing was fantastic. He took great care covering everything and sealing off the bathrooms when cleaning and refinishing our two tubs. He insured no paint got anywhere and cleaned up after himself. Our tubs looks brand new! The master bathroom had little holes in the base and he fixed it right up! You’d never know there was ever an issue! I 100% recommend them especially if you’re doing a bathroom update on a budget!

Me and my wife's shower had a crack in it that led to a serious leak from our master bath into the ceiling of our kitchen. Our contractor that is working on all other major issues suggested specialized refinishing to help the process. Not only did Hermes come to do great work but it looks like it never happened. We needed our tub/shower insert refinished. Called on a Friday, they scheduled for 8am the following Monday. Hermes came, and walked us through exactly what he was going to do. He hooked up proper ventilation, taped everything off, and put up barriers around all our belongings in the bathroom. He worked quickly, efficiently and was very friendly the whole time! Tub looks great, 100% recommended!

My tiles were refinished by Hermes today. He did a wonderful job. My tiles look new and beautiful. They covered up some ugly fruit tiles that were there already when we purchased the home. Now my tiles look clean and fresh. The cost and convenience of having my tiles refinished versus getting all new tiles is phenomenal. Not only did Hermes do a great job, he was polite, respectful and super careful with the job and safety standards; he wore his mask at all times and he cleaned everything up very nicely. I highly recommend their refinishing services. Soon, we'll get the tub in the kids' bathroom done.

We had a crack and hole in our fiberglass tub. I called on Wednesday at noon, sent some pictures of the damaged area and received a quote within 15 minutes. They came out the next day (Thursday) on time at 8:00 AM and completed the patch and refinished the tub and completed the work by 10:45 AM.
Hermès was our technician and he covered everything, he was friendly and efficient.
I will recommend them to others.

We have had great experiences with Specialized Refinishing. They have fixed a crack in our fiberglass tub and it was the best route for us financially. The lifetime guarantee is a major plus. I have a vintage clawfoot tub that was badly in need of reglazing. After I sent pictures of my tub, Nicole was able to quote an exceptionally reasonable price and schedule the reglazing to happen within 48 hours (it would have been 24 but I asked for a little more time). Bladimir arrived promptly. He was very professional and did a great job with everything! He and Nicole made dealing with the eyesore that was our tub hassle-free and mess free and it's such a relief to see the tub looking brand new again! My husband and I have another project coming up soon that we'll definitely keep Specialized Refinishing Company in mind for!

I was searching to fix my bathtub cracks and called almost 15 different handymen and companies in Raleigh and it’s vicinity. 90% of them canceled the appointment at last moment, few of them asked for large sum of money for a small fix, which was very unreasonable. Finally after 3 weeks if search my tenant recommended me this place and was like talk to this guys. Honestly I was very impressed with their service, responsiveness, and follow up. I have decided to go this people and have recommended lot of my investors friends to go with these guys for any issues.
If I will have any issues in future or poor service with this company I will make sure I will write that in their reviews. So far I am very happy.

Great experience with Specialized Refinishing of Raleigh. Repairs were completed on the existing fiberglass tub which was pitted and patched with various patch kits. I was afraid I would need to replace the entire garden tub, however, Specialized Refinishing was able to restore the tub to showroom new. The technician was fantastic and followed all safety procedures, wore a mask, and was socially distant. I am beyond pleased with the refinishing job and am thrilled to endorse their services. My shower pan had a long crack and was in need of repair or replacement. I did a Google search to identify potential companies in the area that do work on shower pans. I made a list of four companies and called each of them. My conversation with Specialized Refinishing Co. stood out due to their professionalism over the phone and the speed in which they could have someone come out to take a look at the issue.
Miguel arrived on time/as scheduled and was able to quickly assess the issue and determined that it could be repaired. He progressed the repair in a timely and efficient manner. He was very professional and ensured that he handled everything appropriately to not leave a big mess in my bathroom.
Somehow, while he was refinishing the repaired area, water from the shower head got released and damaged the refinishing. I was very disappointed as Miguel could not tend to the water damaged area right away. I would now have to wait until after a couple days when it sets before the water damage could be fixed. I went ahead and paid the full amount of my bill before Miguel left.
I was asked to contact the company by phone to schedule a time when they could come back out to take care of the water damaged area. I called, left messages, sent emails, and text messages but did not receive a response back for a couple days. When I finally got someone to give me a call, they were not able to work me into the schedule until a week later. I was not happy about that. In fact, I wished that I had only paid half of the bill and then pay the other half once they returned to finish the job. I felt that would have probably expedited the completion of my repair.
In any event, Miguel was sent back out a week later to fix the water damage to complete my repair. He did not arrive as scheduled due to an unforeseen issue at his previous job; however, I was impressed that he still pushed his way and came at a later time to ensure that my job got completed that day.
After Miguel got finished with the complete repair, I was very happy to see the results. My shower pan looked brand new and feels stable. Miguel did an absolutely fantastic job getting everything done professionally and aesthetically pleasing.
I am very happy with their work. I would have given this review 5 stars if it were not for the hiccup I encountered in trying to get the rescheduling completed in a timely fashion.
Kudos to Miguel for a job well done and ensuring that I remain a happy customer.
