What a great company! I was ready to spend a lot of money with these guys to repair a cracked jacuzzi but Will, the owner called and discussed a more cost effective alternative for half the price- it isn't often you see a company put the customer's needs ahead of significant profit. The work was completed quickly, the technican (Eddy) was professional and very polite- and extremely talented! My jacuzzi looks amazing! Highly recommend these folks and will call them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

I am so glad we decided to re-gelcoat the tub instead of replacing it! The tub is like new and the bright white finish goes perfectly with the new vanity and tile. Specialized Refinishing was very easy to work with -- I was able to get a quote within a few minutes of sending pictures of my tub and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. The staff was very professional and responsive and the work was completed with high quality. I will definitely recommend Specialized Refinishing to anyone considering a tub update.

They did a great job of repairing my tub which had some cracks in it from the installation. Was much cheaper to have it refinished than replaced as the cost of redoing the tile work was prohibitive. Caleb, the manager , was quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote for the service. Brian , the technician, called to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived on time and did the work which turned out great. He cleaned up after the job was done and even came back in the afternoon to re-caulk around the tub. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Specialized Refinishing to anyone need a repair for a damaged tub.

Will and Rocco were great to work with. Our tub had a significant crack that wrapped around the entire tub. We had doubts that it could successfully be repaired. Rocco repaired the tub and it looks great- crack is gone and no more leaking. Rocco was very professional, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was satisfied with the work before leaving. He addressed all of my concerns. Will followed up to make sure we were happy with the final product. I highly recommend this company.

We have had several comments already on the tile and tub- everyone says that is looks like brand new tile! The repairs Eddie made to the wall tiles were great, you would not have known there were any cracks and chips. Eddie was very professional, hard working and kind. The company as a whole was very responsive, they would get back to me within hours- excellent service.

We needed our shower floor "replaced" according to another tile service, who gave us a quote of $4000. I was thrilled when I called Specialized refinishing and learned that there was another option for less than a third of the other price quote. Not only that, SR Co was able to schedule a service date quickly, and sent out Eddy, who is literally the hardest working person I have had do work in our home. He clearly took pride in his work, could not have been more friendly, and his finished product is beautiful. I would recommend SR Co over and over again.

This was a wonderful experience. I was really nervous about spending this kind of money, but I am glad I did. The owner, Will, called me personally to discuss my project and schedule the appointment. His employee showed up on time, was polite and professional, and proceeded to spend most of the day prepping the 1953 bathtub with 1970's three-sided Kohler surround to be transformed. He took great care to protect and preserve my 1950's salt and pepper green tiles, as I had requested. By the afternoon, the dingy looking tub and surround were a blinding white! I am sensitive to smells, but Will assured me it would not be too bad. He was right. I simply closed the door to the bathroom with the vent fan on and put a bathroom rug to cover the crack at the bottom of the door. By the next day, it was almost gone. My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided. We were instructed to not use anything abrasive, which is fine because we only use natural products like vinegar/lemon juice and baking soda to clean. I highly recommend Specialized Refinishing!

We recently had our ugly laminate countertops resurfaced and we're very pleased with the end result! The color and finish is exactly as shown in the photo samples. It seemed a bit lighter at first, but darkened up to what we anticipated within the first day. The gentleman who performed our service was timely, professional, courteous and did a great job for us. After exploring several options to repair a large crack in our kitchen counter, we discovered Specialized Refinishing Co. Will was responsive and easy to work with. He and his guys did a fantastic job, finishing in one day and leaving our home like they found it. The cost of the refinished counters was reasonable and the kitchen looks great! Just had our Master bath refinished by Specialized Refinishing Co.. They refinished our shower and tile floors. It looks like a new bathroom. We couldn't be more happy with the results. This was a large bathroom and the crew were professional, clean and very hard working. It looks like we spent several thousand dollars on a new shower and floor, but we didn't. I have more baths for these guys to refinish.

Will and his team at Specialized Refinishing Co. have top notch service. Specialized Refinishing reglazed a tub for a customer of my paint business. The tub was pristine until one of the painters made some small scratches in the bottom of the tub with a ladder. Specialized Refinishing followed up with the customer, went out the next day, repaired the tub and charged a very reasonable price for the repairs. I will refer any and all customers to Specialized Refinishing after this experience.

End product looks good, but needed 4+ appointments to get there and was a bit of a logistical headache. Initial refurbishing left our tub with raised areas because it wasn't properly sanded/smoothed out. They were excellent in coming back to fix it, but added some time on our end.
