I first reached out to Specialized Refinishing 2 years ago. I was so impressed with the customer service that I swore when it was time, I would use them. I'm so glad I did! They were beyond helpful and professional. Hermes was my technician. He was on time and did a fantastic job (he even removed old paint a flipper used on my tub off). He even was mindful of my pets with the work going on. I highly recommend Specialized Refinishing. My bathrooms looks brand new! Now off to buy some paint and finish my updating...

We contracted with Specialized Refinishing in Raleigh to refinish tile and tub in our bathroom. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a company from start to finish. First - they were quick with the quote and reviewing our options and scheduling was seamless. Then they came on time and texted in advance as promised. Hermès did the work in our house and he is just fantastic. He was exceedingly professional and friendly - and he kept the work area impeccably neat and clean. He answered all our questions and he paid attention to quality. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend this service. We were able to upgrade our dated ugly tile at a reasonable price with little impact or mess with a high quality result. Thank you Specialized Refinishing - and especially Hermès.

They locked in another fan and 5 star review! I had a large walk-in shower that over time the grout turned color and caulking was old and black in places. I wanted to get a company to come in and clean and refinish it. I saw the fantastic reviews for this company and reached out to get a quote. Just got our kid's fiberglass shower refinished April 20, 2020 and we love it. We were going to get a new unit, but found this company and decided to give them a try. The unit looks brand new! I can highly recommend Specialized Refinishing. From the initial call and the quote process through the completion of the project, everything went flawlessly. The technician crew arrived on-time as scheduled and followed the COVID-19 requirements by wearing their N-95 masks. The crew did a very professional job including the clean-up process once they were done. All I have to do now is enjoy the new vanity top.

The man who did our tub and tiles, was so nice and worked so hard. He arrived on time and got right to work. This man is an asset to your company and I hope these words are passed on to him.
And I called Specialized Refinishing several times and had a question for the owner, Will. Every time I called, he was so nice and patient and answered all my questions.
Their prices are extremely reasonable too! Great workmanship, super hard worker, wonderful price and an owner, you can actually call, ask for, and talk to! I highly recommend this company.

We had our shower/tub combos refinished, they were in rough shape with cracks and a badly repaired wall. Bladimir Disla was our technician and he did a wonderful job. Our shower/tubs look brand new! It was a good choice to update our bathrooms with a budget.

We moved into a house where the tubs were scratched up from dogs or something and had rust stains. I got a couple quotes for around $5000 to replace the tubs so I googled resurfacing them. I ended up finding Specialized Refinishing Company and hired them because it was only $700 for the two tubs and it was a TON cheaper than replacing them. I figured that if I wasn’t happy I could always replace them. Anyway, they were AMAZING! My tubs look like new and they have a lifetime warranty. I also had them re-caulk my other tub and shower and they were great at that too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had these guys come out about a month ago and redo an old cast iron tub, sink and another bathroom and the results were phenomenal! Its like a brand new bathroom! All communication was top notch and the worker showed up at 8am right on schedule and worked his butt off!! I don't recall seeing him take a single break all day... Would highly recommend these folks to anyone who wants to save some money and improve their bathroom

Specialized Refinishing did a great job on our 4 bathrooms and saved us a lot of money while increasing our home's value. Eddy was amazing!! His attention to detail was impressive and I absolutely love the final result.
Back it up a bit, we have 7 bathrooms all right out of the 90's, solid oak and brass. Very ugly but built very well. So we looked at doing a full gut job but the cost was astronomical and most of the materials being used weren't as nice as what we currently have. Thinking about the reduce, reuse and recycle idea we wanted to reuse as much of what we had and reduce our unnecessary waste. There was nothing wrong with our bathrooms they were just out dated.
So I sanded all our solid oak cabinets and painted them white. Replaced the hardware and removed 4 brass glass shower doors. We also replaced our almond toilets with white ones. Everything was doable our selves but the showers, tub and counters. I looked at replacing just the counters but the sizes didn't match perfectly and I was quoted $3,000 to replace one shower. That's when I called Specialized Refinishing.
They sanded and sealed the old ugly tiles, tub, grout and counters and made them look new. My kids love their new bathrooms and I love that I'm not embarrassed of them anymore. I would definitely recommend Specialized Refinishing! They were easy to work with, well organized and very affordable. They showed up on time and cleaned up all their mess. Best part, it only took 1 day to do a bathroom.

They were courteous, punctual, did an awesome job of glazing two of our tubs and one baby blue tile surround, and even worked with us a little bit on the price. The job was beautifully executed and we couldn't be more happy with this company. Highly recommend!
