Pathetic customer service. Staff ignored me as I waited to be served. When I enquired about a product not on shelf the self important cashier retorted it my be in the delivery van. Did not bother to apologize or encourage me to wait for the products to be offloaded. For an over priced petrol station I would think that they would hire staff that have manners. Never go there again!!

A bit of a rip off but as this is the only fuel station within close proximity to Luton Airport they can charge the high price per Litre of fuel.
Asda fuel station is close by and fuel is charge at a more reasonable price but not on route to or from the airport but short diversion could save you £'s if filling a tank of fuel.

Absulute discrace for a shell garage supposed to be 24 hour however upon arriving a rude member of staff done hand signals from.behind the window as he was feet up.on the counter reading a newspaper. When I went to the night pay he said go away we are closed and gave me no reason what so ever ... if this isn't bad customer service I don't no what is ... terrable service from.such a big franchise like shell
