RUN AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS. ZERO STAR RATING
Booked a TV bracket installation. First handyman turned up 3 and a half hours late, but told me the job could be done with the right bracket. Re-booked for a week later, when I'd have time to buy the right bracket. Second handyman turned up 2 hours late. Told me the job couldn't be done. Both were there for a total of 10 minutes. I've been charged £165 for NO JOB COMPLETED.
I booked the second handyman on the basis that the first handyman said the job could be done. NEITHER WERE WEARING MASKS despite the fact I told the company I'm on chemotherapy.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS- THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU. NO INVOICE, NO COMMUNICATION, COMPLETELY INEPT

This company handled the different tasks we had in our house. (New bathroom suite) Every single one was punctual, professional and efficient. The tiling in both bathrooms is a work of art! All from My Plumber went the extra mile when it was needed. We are especially grateful to how kind and caring all of the staff have shown themselves to be. Would highly recommend.

Dodegy company that is fast to take your money, and hires random plumbers from across London as if it was agency work. My plumber did not even know which company had sent him out. Did not resolve my issue. When you call them up they don’t even say the name of the company because they are operating under so many different names.

We asked this company to take on a project in an Edwardian London flat involving the creation of one bathroom, the complete renovation and conversion into an ensuite of the only other bathroom. I can't fault them. They arrived on time everyday and we were charged the same as was quoted although, not everything went as planned. Would highly recommend.

I particularly like the way they send a reminder by e-mail re boiler repair. This is really just good administration but has the effect of making one feel like a valued customer! The people who have been out have always been friendly and arrived on time. I have no fault to find with them and would definitely use them again.

I had two new radiators fitted in my kitchen. The work was carried out in a day and the heating system checked to make sure it was working well. They were very professional but also friendly and approachable. If I need further plumbing support I will certainly contact them again.

I called this company and arranged for an engineer to come out to do an annual service on my gas boiler. Once the service was completed and the engineer was leaving, I mentioned about a slight smell of gas on entering the property. The engineer could have told me to phone British Gas then and left but he stayed, did some tests and confirmed there was indeed a leak in two places. He called British Gas himself and told them about the problem and where it was. He therefore went above and beyond the call of duty (in my opinion).Ver happy Thank you.

I recently purchased a new “Insinkerator Steaming Hot water tap. Model HC3300 We called this company to install it, they needed to be some plumbing and drilling of the work top. I was given a satisfactory figure and requested the work to go ahead. The Plumber arrived at the appointed time and preformed the installation professionally and to my satisfaction. Would recommend.

Booked a service to repair a burst outside pipe. I work in the NHS and had a patient booked following the allocated window, so explained that if the plumber was late I would be unable to meet him. They agreed they would call if it was likely the plumber would be late, so we could coordinate.
The plumber was late.
They did not call.
I called them to express my dissatisfaction.
They still took payment, against my direct instruction.
We are now in dispute.

There aren't enough characters to detail the horrendous service received and am still receiving. I booked one plumber to visit my property. This company not only mistakenly booked two plumbers and charged me for it, but then insisted that I had made a booking for two plumbers. When asked why I would possibly book two people to inspect a leak, on the same afternoon I was told they don't know and 'some people do that'. I have asked that the recording of my original booking be listened to but surprise, surprise there is no recording.
I am gobsmacked that a company fraudulently take money from my account and refuse to return the money. Unbelievable. This company is disgusting. I wished I had read the reviews before booking.

I contacted the company about a crack in a window casement. They requested photos, I sent them through. They said they would be able to do the job. As multiple other reviews have said, the workman had arrived, hadn't seen the photos, said the job was not doable and left (after taking identical photos). I was billed a full hour. When I contacted them to complain I was told the email saying they would come and do the job was no guarantee of anything beyond a visit and a visit had an hour minimum callout. This was buried in the terms and conditions and did not align with my phone communications. I also received no follow up communication for 15 days after the workman's visit. I felt extremely misled given the time that I had given to detailing the problem, especially as during Covid we should be minimising home visits. I strongly do not recommend this firm.

Very unimpressed with this company. Were very quick to come out regarding a faulty pump and take £118 payment for a short visit, took photos and promised to get back with details of new pumps to install. Ten days later have had no contact from them,, calling a new plumber out tomorrow.

Similar to a few other reviews, was told that a new part was needed to complete the job. The plumber then left within under ten minutes, charging me for the full hour (£120), without making any effort to obtain that part during the remaining 50 minutes I had paid for at any of the numerous nearby suppliers. Company has still not identified that part to me. I found the Customer Service team to be defensive and non-constructive, and the plumber who visited to be brusque and rude. I was also advised that in order to access a recording that the company made of the call on which I booked the job, I would need to pay them £25, whereas companies are no longer allowed to charge a fee in these circumstances. Avoid!

Horrible service, they charged the minimum hourly rate £132 - for an "engineer" to look around for 5 minutes and left without resolving the problem, without letting us know next steps or what was needed to install the showers, not to add that he did not come with a mask (in the middle of a pandemic). Wouldn't recommend at all!

Charged for 2 hours even though they were there for 1 hour 10 mins. Made to believe they were local tradesmen with a spin off local website. The tradesmen get about 20% of the fee. AVOID.

Plumber was late, head office were called twice and just told me he was a few minutes away. Turned up 35 minutes late without a mask. When I asked him where his mask was he very aggressively asked me where mine was...when I asked him why he was so late he told me to ask the office.
He took his mask off as soon as he started working and didn't put it back on till he finished. We are currently in tier 4 lock down. He didn't clean up after himself and left the old piping. He chucked the dirty water and waste down my toilet and washed his bucket out in my bath and didn't clean either following this so I got to along with all the splash back covering the bathroom floor. Couldn't wait to get him out my home, wouldn't recommend these guys to any of you, try somewhere else.

Absolute scam. Told them my mechanism in my window had broken - they sent someone out to tell me it was broken but they didn’t have the parts. Charged me an hours labour just to tell me the obvious. They ordered the parts and charged me for another hour plus parts. I paid £100 more than the next most expensive quote I had. I complained and got told that’s how it is. Avoid this company!

I wanted to install an automatic toilet sensor flush. However there are very different types to choose from. The one I wanted to install was one the latest versions. Even though it was very complex to install one, the plumber managed it in an ease. He was very skilled and had a keen interest on the various versions!

Called them to remove and refit toilet. Did what I thought was a good job so called them back to refit bathtub mixer and rain shower and wast piping for sink. This was on a Saturday, they called me at midnight canceling and rescheduling for Sunday. When I asked the price they said it would be cheaper so I said 6 o'clock and they said fine. Sunday technician came in 45 minutes late had a look and said he did not have the parts required and that he had to get them next day and also that the toilet needed refitting because what they fitted not properly fitted. Had to pay premium price because I they forgot to mention after telling me it was cheaper on Sunday that because I booked after 6pm it was premium price. Asked the technician if he could at least fit the pipe for the rain shower because I had just paid £135 for 30 minute consultation and he's response was "You only have 30m left and I still need to get my tools" and left. Called the office to complain and also ask to be made aware of the parts price beforehand and was told that the manager would call me in the morning to talk to me and that they would also call me in the morning to let me know the price on the parts required.
Next day I called them as I was running late to try to reschedule for 2pm instead of 1pm and was told the plumber was busy from 2 so I left my wife alone at IKEA to rush home to get the bathroom sorted before we move into our new apartment. After many phone call exchanges at around 2 pm they called me saying the plumber couldn't find the parts and needed to reschedule for next day and the price for parts was going to be £130.
Called another company, payed same rate as them, came in at 3:30 pm sorted everything out, paid £14.90 for parts and he was able at that hour to go out and source the parts.
Still waiting on the managers call.
Personal experience, don't use them.
