This is a petrol station which I use on a regular basis.
I was saddened to learn Mary the lovely till girl has left!
This however has not disappointed my visit today 8th December on way way home from work.
There is a new chap whom was on the till, I asked him where Mary was and he politely told me Mary had left.. he had been there merely four days and seemed very calm and in control considering he was apparently on his own and managing to keep up with the very busy amount of customers evidently coming and going to pay.
My experience was very good, if not better than other staff that serve me at this Shell garage. This new chap asked me for my Go+, has very good professional approach with customers and appears to have good solid experience and knowledge in customer services and communicates very well indeed. I found this visit really welcoming from the big guy I believe his name was Diago on the till and wish him the best at Shell, certainly knows how to welcome and treat staff. He helped me with coolant query for my car, they had run out however he was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Keep up the great service Shell Redbourn, the quality of fuel and customer service is next to none

I cannot share my full feedback as we have not properly eaten there (just fries and a dessert) but the pub itself, the location, the atmosphere, the general feeling...were spot on. Amazing pub. We cannot wait to go back for tasting more.
What we had was a teaser but very qualitative and the looks of the plates passing by...very tempting!

Got to admit Simmons is normally ok but for the last couple of times that I have visited on my lunch break the pasties and that seemed like they are dried out now to Long kept warm I think so little bit disappointed but definitely better than Gregg's who would get no stars from me

Always fill up at Shell as I drive a Japanese import and need quality fuel. Staff are always friendly and polite. I have a reward card as I also have to fill my works van up at Shell and get discount vouchers and money off fuel vouchers quarterly.

I used to use this petrol station every day. Right on the edge of St Albans but only 5 min walk to the city centre or the cathedral. The petrol station is a Marks and Spencer franchise so a mini super market all in one. Daily coffee and almond coisant was a must.
Upon leaving the station and turning right there is a mini roundabout take care it has a blind angle due to the garage wall.
