The main petrol station exiting Luton from the east and jumping on M1. And still does not have a restroom. Staff isn't too friendly when being inquired about one. Maybe because they hear this question a lot. And maybe, just a crazy idea, BECAUSE YOU MUST HAVE ONE.

Good service provided here. There were quite a few pumps that were "out of order" the last time I visited, but that is to be expected sometimes. Staff are professional. There is also an air and water kiosk here.

Regularly fill up a tank of V-Power from here, the staff are always friendly and attentive. Prices are comparable to other Shell petrol stations that are not on motorway services.
I do find that there are quite a few customers that don't seem to be adhering to Covid-19 guidelines whilst in the shop. The staff generally ignore this which is not ideal for other customers, it would be good if the staff refused service to anyone who was not wearing a mask.

Everything about this place other than the logo looks to be dodgy as they come. Area it is placed in is convenient that is true but it does have all the hallmarks of an alien place full of hostile beings.

The most expensive one is nearly acceptable for the most expensive option and the cheapest left more marks on my car than I had to start with as water is not treated with salt .

Usually pretty good for a busy station but how much longer until someone fixes the Shell Go pay app? It's not that extra hassle to go pay the cashier but seriously - it's been broken at this station for weeks, if not months!

Be careful when using card payment. They are know to use the details. They used mines I was lucky my bank phoned me and stopped the transaction. Bank confirmed it was this petrol pump. The staff need proper checking out as it was one of them that did it. Never going there ever again .

For some reason the staff think it's ok to keep your change if it's a small amount
They have tried to do this to me on a number of occasions
When I ask for my change they look at you as if you've done something wrong.
