Great store and staffing team here. They do great open days where you can get a hands on with new equipment from time to time which are definitely worth checking out.
Their rental catalogue is also substantial for anyone looking to hire gear for a shoot.

Excellent service for very high quality professional equipment.
The sales person spent over an hour with my daughter when she was buying a full frame camera, lens and tripod.
Spending over £1000 on second hand gear you want to know that he sales technician knows their stuff and this guy was really knowledgeable and patient. She knew she had got exactly what she needed.
One of only two places recommended by the Documentary Photography Dept at Newport University (The other is in Cornwall).

Excellent all round. Steve was incredibly helpful with my transition from DLSR to an Phase One IQ system, a steep learning curve but they were there the whole way. Not your average camera retailer, once you step inside their shop you soon realise they are a serious player in the high end, technical world of pro systems. Thanks again guys.

Sold me USB 3.0 tethering cable. It failed after about five uses. Teamwork refused to replace claiming warranty had expired. Technically any product that does not meet basic standards should be replaced irregardless of length of warranty (I'd had the cable 6 months in this instance, with hardly any use) - especially if it's £33 for a basic cable.

News update! looks like they are going under, anyone with a warranty is in the poop. Attaching company accounts, £900k in debt
Don't believe all the matey back slapping, they want your money like an used car dealer and will do anything to get it. Since the change of management 7 years ago the place has become a sewer, long gone are the days when you could go in just for some honest advice. Now if they cant fool you into the MF market then they couldn't care less, and even if they do see you as a mark, they're very quick to work out how much they can squeeze you for.
Go anywhere but here and best avoid Phase One, their warranty is worthless when you actually come to use it and the term and conditions change constantly online, so you'll never know what youre actually covered for.
The main reason people stick with the more expensive 'Blads' is because of the behaviour of Phase One.

Замечательный магазин для любителей подержанной фототехники. Здесь можно увидеть и потрогать раритеты фототехники со всего света! Можно и купить. Оборудования столь много что появляется ощущение склада. Поэтому приходится медленно продираться между рядами сложенной в горы фототехники чтобы не пропустить что-нибудь интересное.
