I received a fantastic service from UKVISALTD for my most recent extension. From the beginning, they were professional and gave me great advice and support. After successfully obtaining my extension, they continued to support me and my employer at no extra cost when my BRP was not delivered due to Covid. They ensured that the Home Office reissued the BRP and kept me and my employer up to date. They’ve done so much for me and my family. Their service and communication are fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had the Permanent Residence card since 2015 but then realised I need to change it as it will expired in June 2021. I found for help in google -" Visa and immugration service in Waterloo ", wrote a letter and Mr Roberto Bruognolo has organized a meeting with me. He helped me to fill in an Application , inserting all my documents to Home Office and in 1 week time !!! I received responce and confirmation from Home office.

I know Roberto for few years using his services, he is absolute professional in processing application and turn around promptly on time. He is very organised understand the case clearly before proceeding application. Roberto also provides service with reasonable charge comparing others in the market. Office location is also quite handy in central London just opposite to tube station.
In terms of my application experience I have made 4 applications through Roberto and all were successfully processed on time , and my recent application for misses was peaceful even though there was some complexity due to my own mistake. Roberto handle clients with fair and respect.
