Excellent service, worth shopping at Ruislip as the all staff are friendly and helpful. I was served by Liz sales manager, she had spent few hours with us to get our all needs and she was friendly and well cared us. We had a Avious air miles collection issues which will hard to add in store, but GM made exceptions for us to give further two figures discount. It was much better rather I wait for many years convert points to an air ticket

Fantastic service at this store, well worth a five star rating. We went in late on a Friday evening and the salesman Mustafa went out of his way to be helpful, staying late with no pushy sales tactics. He is a credit to the store and the business. We ended buying an armchair and rug. Best experience of any of the furniture shops in the area, good quality and reasonable prices as well.

This is really disaster. Be careful, as they are breaching Consumer Rights Act. There is no refund after 3 days (14 days by low), there is no change after you place an order, even if you don't receive the item.. There is warm welcome only in first visit, once you pay no service at all.. all staff work under commission system, that's why they are good and nice until you pay, then nobody care about you..!!

Excellent service, the sales staff are not pushy and are observant enough to see when you start to look as though you may require assistance. Moustapha was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store stocks high quality brands/products, unlike other nearby furniture stores. Went back twice before making my purchase and wasn't put under any pressure. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely appalling service I have received from this store in particular with the depot . After ordering a small pendant light in this store (cash)we were taken through a long process like we were taking out credit on a large item. After nearly a week after ordering we finally received confirmation of our delivery , so we made arrangements that I would take the morning off work to receive the item. Was appalled when the delivery driver called to ask me if we had received the item, in which I was baffled as he was the one supposedly delivering it. Neither he, the store nor the depot know where my order is. I have been contacting the store and depot all week and have been met with weak responses and constant promises of call backs and still nothing. It has been nearly two weeks and no one can tell me where the missing item is and if I will ever receive it. l am shocked at the terrible, incompetent service and delivery process for a £70 small light pendant and can’t even imagine what service I would have received if ordering a sofa. If someone, anyone could tell me where the missing gold light pendant is I would be grateful.

i was determined to find the correct couch and chairs and spent nearly 4 hours deciding that Parker Knoll was the right one, staff at the Ruislip branch were helpful and thankfully very patient. Coffee and cookies on site to help with the energy loss . Will recommend to friends and family.

Good customer service but avoid mattress if you’re budget is £300-£400. I got a 2000 pocket spring mattress which was too firm, but felt good in store. Wish I got mine from Ikea or one of these stores with 60/90 day trials! Now stuck with a mattress which is way too firm!

I was told I would be contacted via phone call within 24 hours about he product delivery and assured that within 48 hours part of my purchase would be delivered to my home. I did not receive such phone call or my delivery. It has been 72 hours. In-store customer service was good, however I was lied to.

Bought a bed on finance. Excellent service from a man called Russell. Didn't try to get us to go above our budget, and stayed an hour after closing going through the finance details with us. Would throughly recommend! Delivery is in 3 weeks, and will update this review if it doesn't arrive :)

Helpful staff, good quality furniture and good payment options. At least this is the first impression. Update: I am not only disappointed with the service in the Ruislip office (salesperson didn't care for the customer, me, once the sale was completed and commission paid) but with the quality of the products also. Having said that, everyone in that store including the manager are polite and helpful, the person that finalised the sale was polite too but completely useless once there was a problem. I will never purchase from you again. And, unfortunately, I have to shop for bedroom furniture again as the 7 drawer chest fell apart after improper drilling by the people who put it together. I have no confidence in your company so I never contacted you about it. As it took an additional 12 weeks just to have correct bedsides delivered (on top of 10+ weeks delivery time) what are the chances of getting a replacement chest of drawers? Very slim I thought.

Stay away and save your mone!!!! If the scores were alowed in minus then Furniture Village in my view would score the lowest, very quick to sell but terrible after sale and customer service, took them three trip to our home to find the right foot of one of the sofas bought which on delivery was noticed but our views were brushed away and the delivery men insisted that the foot was the right one, we called the show room and complained till they were convicted still took them four months to send and fix the right foot, not to mention that a dining table which cost just under £2000 had been damaged noticeably when assembling which unfortunately wasn’t seen on the day of delivery until we turned the table upside down to unscrew the legs to move it to another room, will never recommend them for any kind of furniture, waste of money, time and peace of mind.

GO TO DFS!! It took 16 weeks to order a footstool, you have to do all the chasing, you complain to the store, no one cares, you look on line for a complaints procedure and all you here from other customers is that one replies. The footstool arrived at the warehouse in Milton Keynes and it took them 2 weeks to get it to the Ruislip Store. Its 50 miles away!!!!

Good location with plenty of parking. Store is well laid out and there is lots of choice witrh all types of furniture - so there should be something for most budgets. Furniture quality is good and there is the option to pay over 3 years with interest free credit. Salesman was very helpful and had good knowledge of the products and did not hard sell but did explain the difference between one price range and another i.e. why there is a premium. Took the time to listen and understand our requirement - sign of experience! Good knowledge of offers. The only disappointment was the waiting time for the products but this may be a compromise worth making comsidering the quality and price of the products. Good shopping experience as we found what we were looking for :o)

This is rubbish company. They don't have service. They don't respect people. They don't answer you when you call to follow up your order. Thier staff don't like thier job.. But when you visit them first time they want you to buy and pay, because sales man takes commission based on his/her sales!!

Hi my husband ordered a Big cupboard and Dressing table from them.The delivery was on time.But One side of the cupboard was bending we call them and at last we got the appointment from them.Cut the story short Engineer come and said i cant pull it alone my dad ( Father in law said we awaited for you from couple of months that is wrong ...He went write the report we wait for 2 weeks no reply come when my husband make a call to them they said engineer said everything is fine. That is ridiculous he lied just because my father ask him some questions.....the cupboard is broken from one side and and from the back its not fixed as i showed him and said him to sort it out.....With in 1 year this is broken....Its just a name nothing else their service is rubbish..... And their engineers are liars ......

The showroom and buying process is great - they're good at getting you past the purchase point. There was free coffee and cookies and a very helpful sales person. You'd think with an established name and multiple branches you'll be fine. However after we bought a Macau reclining chair the jokes started. The delivery time was already a bit long - 6 weeks after purchase. Then the week before the salesman called to say there's a problem with the supplier and it will be another few weeks. Then a few days before the second agreed delivery date there was an unapologetic call to say again there was a problem with the supplier and they don't have the chair yet so it won't be delivered on that day. Feel like I've been totally conned. Am going to try and arrange a refund.
