Great store with really good staff, got an excellent deal on a couple of bedroom suites and a sofa and chair. All staff couldn't be more helpful, and our salesman Malik was completely non pushy and extremely helpful post purchase! Bedroom furniture is really solid wood everywhere and well built, although recliner is a bit creaky.

Friendly staff, and helpful with explaining every question that we had which was easier when we finally came to making our selection and finally making our purchase. One piece of advice. If your looking to purchase anything below £3k..Your looking to pay 19.9% interest on your purchase even if you take it over 3 years. Thankfully we were in a position to pay by card.

Quality of furniture we bought recently is terrible. been a repeat customer for a few years and this time round it is a disaster. been trying to have a dispute on a wardrobe that arrived damaged since May. The sales people are very high pressure to receive their commission. If you have a dispute you will spend hours on the phone getting no-where.

Although we ended up buying something, the in-store experience wasn't great. The sales person was rushing and we had to go and ask somebody else to explain. It felt as though the sales people were given strict targets to get customer orders processed and out within a certain time. We were in and out within 15 mins which isn't an awful lot of time for a £900 purchase. The only reason we were able to purchase was because we had gone there before the sale started and decided what we wanted.

Friendly staff and a good range of good quality products. A little pricey in some respects but generally value for money. Store layout decent with helpful and not overly pushy salesmen, the store smells of a nice wood finish too, which is nice...if that's your thing ;-)
