The staff were very helpful. There was no pressurised selling going on. That rating is for the shop staff, the delivery staff were another matter, and I had to show photos of the damage they caused delivering the sofas. That was rectified by a gentleman who apparently has a retainer to deal with this sort of thing from furnitre outlets. Not really a good impression is it.

Very good service and very reasonable prices with free installation to all units plus German quality with descent warranty the only thing you have to bare with is the delivery ,it takes between 10 to 12 weeks to deliver in some products but again is free installation and very good quality not forgetting very good service.

Ordered a double power recliner waited 12 weeks to receive it the. Found one of the recliners did not work engineer came to check and confirmed it was broken service office said will take 12 weeks to get replacement part called office and store nobody does anything to improve this date and no feedback of any assistance. Very poor service considering the amount the sofa costs.

I had very poor experience at your Watford store manage was very unhelpful he ignored me n my family while salesmen was serving me suddenly manager call him to serv another customer and we live store. And went to Ruislip store we buy all furniture from there .
Would never recommend any one at watford store.

It is really disaster. When you visit them first time everybody wants to help, later on everyone ignores you. Delivered NOT on time now 3 weeks later on the date. When I call them they refused to deal with me, they said: your sofa in wharhouse and you should talk to them directly!!

Be aware - if you want to return a product after purchase - you're in for a fight - hadn't opened the mattresses and called to return and cancel the transaction, but no, they won't let you, unless of the extremist reason - hell freezing over etc.....I, personally will never buy from them again, or recommend them.

Firstly no one was bothered about attending to us. Then finally a sales person named 'Ash' approached us. He told us flatly that nothing can be delivered before 16-18 weeks and that was it. It felt like all he wanted to do was get us out of the store. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff
