Having just moved from another provider I can honestly say that the move to trident is one of the best decisions we have made as a business in recent times. We have gone from having slow non responsive support support to getting things resolved almost immediately. They have also resolved numerous ongoing issues we had previously. We have had 3 different IT support providers over the last 4 years and the service from Trident stands head and shoulders above the rest. Not only that but we are spending less on a monthly basis than we did before. I could go on but won't!
