Dolphin Computer Upgrades Limited

I have been using Dolphin Computers for about 5 years for all home IT requirements from security to a yearly laptop check and can thoroughly recommend them. The staff are friendly and efficient combined with a professional approach. One of the things I most appreciate is that the phone is always answered and a callback made if promised. This is exceptional and one of the many reasons I shall continue to call on them for all IT queries.

We as a family have used Dolphin for many years, since it’s birth! They are consistently courteous, professional, helpful and always explain (to me in particular ) simply ! So I can progress with any issue. During lockdown they have recently helped my daughter continue to home school my grandson by upgrading her laptop so he can still partake in school zooms and homework. Again, a fantastic company. I had issues with my laptop not booting after trying to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. The receptionist that took the calls was personable and friendly, and called me back later to confirm the price and availability of their engineers. The cost was very reasonable compared to local competitors and the engineer (Gary) that worked on it, again was friendly and professional. They needed to take the laptop to their site to work on it, but fixed the issue and returned it within a very short timescale. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought these guys were brilliant.

Dolphin have never let us down, always responding promptly to our requests for technical assistance even in difficult circumstances.

This is my preferred company for any IT problems: I've always found them easy to get hold of; they have a straightforward professional attitude and the problems have been resolved within a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable cost.

Definitely a five star company. Gary solved a problem with my elderly Apple computer for which I am very grateful. Excellent service all round and the response to my query was immediate.

Paul, Lorelei and Gary have looked after our IT, Pat testing, email and website hosting since 2011. They are always highly responsive if we have any problems and have recently helped us implement VOIP which has been a tremendous improvement to our telephone system giving us remote access to voicemail and automated messaging. . They are really lovely and we would definitely recommend them to others.

I thought that I had lost a load of data after a NAS drive of mine crashed and burned. A local company who I use in Eastbourne and whose services I have used in the past for things IT related were not able to help on this occasion, however they did point me in the direction of Dolphin Computers in Hove. Following a phone call to them and speaking to Gary who I found professional and amenable I decided to drive over and drop the NAS off. I received a call within a week or so and I was advised that they would be able to recover the data (file names had disappeared however there was something to work with ). I proceeded to make a plan to get them a portable HDD and we agreed a price for the work. I have now received the recovered data and I am exceptionally impressed with how they have managed and sorted the recovered data into file types and created a file structure for both NAS Drives . I was not expecting this level of detail. As an IT professional myself who works for a Multinational hybrid IT solutions company I am impressed, as a Joe Blogs home user I am impressed with the level of professionalism, attention detail and customer service.
