Steve Freedman is knowledgeable and professional. Very often he is able to sort out problems remotely. Otherwise, you have the option of a home visit or leaving your equipment with him and he always aims to repair it as swiftly as possible. With Steve's help you can keep your computer in tip-top condition.

Steve, was a very friendly and knowledgeable PC support person. It's hard these days when we rely on tech, and are working from home, to find someone who will help and who you can trust. Steve, was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and came along to look at my tech and talk about my requirements. He then gave sound advice and we ordered a new machine. I would have felt anxious about doing this by myself. He then helped me transfer all the files and set up the software I use on the new kit. I recommend Steve for other home workers!

Steven came to install a new Brother Label Printer, which he did promptly and efficiently. As a bonus, he then "tidied up" my PC and also gave me some very useful tips about PC security generally, and related matters. I was very pleased to meet him. He clearly knows a lot about his subject, and the fact that he was willing and able to share/pass on some of that knowledge was an extremely useful bonus.

My desktop computer went from not working to working!!!
Stephen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fix it- taking care of the hardware issue and making sure that everything would work at its best. Excellent service, swift delivery, accommodating, expert advice and very friendly.

Anyone need an IT doctor...? I certainly did. My printer stopped working so I couldn't scan, copy or print. It brought my business to a standstill which is why a home visit from PC Help Man saved the day. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Steve Freedman knows more about computers than I will ever learn in 120 years! There has never been an occasion where he has visited my house and not solved a problem or three! Broken cooling system, dropped it off and within 2 days I had it back with a new cooling system installed which is working perfectly. He even installed extra security software and made sure everything was working as normal. Very reasonable prices, reliable, polite and trustworthy. Would recommend!!

Steve Freedman PC Helpman has serviced my business PC, mobile and laptops now for over a year now and he is the most efficient, talented, knowledgeable, helpful and speedy computer service I've had since I moved my business to Hove in 2006. As I operate from home in a high-security line of work I can trust him implicitly with any content on my machines. He also goes the extra mile beyond the immediate problem requiring attention - providing sound advice and swift operation on all manner of other issues that may arise during a job. As a non-computerate idiot myself I would be lost without him and can't recommend him too highly. Excellent service.

My Shuttle PC was suffering from a fault that deprived me of Internet access and I thought it was done for. After a quick call to Hove and then taking it in, Steve diagnosed the problem quite quickly. I left it with him, and a couple of days later it was fine again: a faulty Networking Card. He's a good guy, quick and reasonably priced.

When equipment you rely on starts behaving in inexplicable ways it gets VERY frustrating. Your Printer will only print at random and then maybe an hour after sending a file to the print queue! The vendor has no clue and blogs offer 50 different theories, none of which work for you !
How refreshing then to find someone who really knows their stuff and calmly sets about cleaning your system of the detritus of years of partial removal of old programmes, conflicting antivirus software etc. etc. etc. I worked in IT (not PC's) so I can tell if someone knows their job - Stephen does !
All is back to normal - excellent work and many thanks Stephen.
