Very Arrogant and rude !!!!it arrived a rasta men that without even look at the car he ask my boyfriend the rest of the money without even start the job !!!and say to him that people want pay him and he had bad experience ,not a way to get new clients as my boyfriend is an established account paid him akread half money ,also body language wasn't the greatest ,looked like was there just to try to get money out and not care if the customer definitely not recommended and please this company is not great as I was talking to complain and the manager say that would talk to him but it didn't ,if this men ruin my boyfriend car I definitely go to police and they can close for good!!! After a shorth spin the car does still funny noise ,we don't expect refound but if I can give zero points I will !if there were conscious of the service they offer to people the way they been treated and how much they overcharge they will at list apologize and do offering a refound as after my boyfriend spend 381 pounds in a day the car does a strange noise and in few days or in few weeks I'll stop them I'll be trouble for him ....is simply that the standard offer is not the greatest and they expect customers to pay off upfront for a a very mediocre or I even say bad service of the car that need go back in some garage soon as to be honest I m not relaxed about these noise at all !!I give the company zero points to do that to customers and I warn the others to use it !!!!the car went back following day to another garage to ceck out where noise came from ...so more money to pay out!!!!outageous ...we have the garage paper to confirm it....so annoyed!the new mechanic founded a leak and also two different noises and charge 30 pounds for put that in writing to us with all detailed description of what kind of jobs car need to have ,so truly last couple if days was just spend money in vain and car hadn't been fixed . The way expected...is all very annoying and I'll say dangerous as my boyfriend life could be jeopardize as he drives in motorway everyday to get to work so we demand a full refound of this service as car is now under another mechanic .thanks !!!

Amazing. Found these guys online after I almost went bankrupt paying garages to fix things. They actually removed the front of my car in the street and fitted a new air conditioning condenser at a price that I could afford. Very professional, don’t be afraid to use this type of service!

Excellent, professional service. I'd bought some front brake discs and pads to fit to my Fiat 500 and just never found the time so gave Mekaniks a call. Work carried out at my home at a time that suited me, which was very convenient. Excellent job - clean and tidy; copper grease on mating surfaces; bolts torqued up correctly; old parts taken away for disposal. Will definitely use again. Wish I'd found them sooner!

Jeff ....the mechanik was very friendly and professional my X5 was having problems starting...and my local X5 dealership cost arm and leg.......very very expensive costs especially under Covid prices.......Jeff was Covid compliant and the office team had good communication ...X5 repaired and running at fraction of the cost..
Never go to a dealer...Mobile Mechaniks will get OEM parts cheaper and will do the work a good standard as expected.

Very pleased with the service. I spoke to Adam and he arranged the service for the following morning. The mechanic completed a whole Major service on my car on my driveway ! He has all the necessary tools in his van. Quicker and certainly better value than a large garage. I would certainly recommend Mekaniks!

Great mechanics. Called the mobile mechanics to get my old Volvo started, it had not been moved in over a year. Desmond was extremely friendly and helpful, within a short time he had the car up and running, I called back again to have a service and sure enough Desmond arrived.
Price is extremely competitive, much better value than my local garage, and they came to my driveway! will definitely recommend your services to friends and family.

Great service from Davide. He was punctual, friendly and very helpful. Came on time, kept me informed when he was on his way and even with some unforseen circumstances that slowed the work down he stayed profesional and stayed until the job was done. Other mechanics would have given up or left it for another day, he wouldn't give up on figuring out the problem and after an extra hour and a half the car was fixed! Thanks Davide. Will call you again next time i need a mechanic i can rely on.

Car broke down whilst on a weekend trip to London, alot of Garages turned the work down but these chaps not only helped but went over and above to get me back on the road. Pre-vehicle purchase service an absolute rip off. I paid £120 and was promised a inspection lasting a minimum of 1 hour and a written report. The guy turned up and did 20 mins then left. I never received a written report, instead I had a 3 min call from a guy that did not speak very good English at all. I couldn't understand a word. In summary I was told the car was fine, so I brought it only to then find out there were a number of issues with it (body and mechanically) that had I known, I would never have purchased the car. I wished I had gone with the RAC. These guys are cowboys. I made a formal complaint and didn't care to speak to them after. No offer of a refund, nothing. Absolutely useless. You've been warned. If I could give zero stars I would.

Put petrol in my diesel car. Stupid, I know, but not as stupid as not realising straight away and then driving 3 miles on it. I was spluttering like an old banger when I got home at midnight. Contacted Mekaniks and they sent around one of their guys by 10am then next morning. It was a fiddly job but he dealt with it calmly and professionally - he really knew his stuff and gave me a bit of a science/engineering lesson about the inner working of the car engine. Very reasonable price, esp. considering they come to you at your convenience. These guys are fantastic - couldn't recommend highly enough!

This is an excellent garage - I've used them several times, each time they took good care of my vehicles. At least on one occasion they took apart the entire rear suspension of my car to find what makes a strange noise and only charged me once they've figured it out and were able to replace the part that was causing it.
Overall I trust them with servicing and M.O.T.-ing all my vehicles, and was always happy the service and the outcome.

I had a really positive experience - after a breakdown company had towed my car back home, telling me that the fuel pump was broken, the guys from Mekaniks came to have a look. Within a few minutes they had diagnosed and fixed the problem, and the car was up and running again!
