Reasonably sized Sainsbury's with a car park at the rear which is accessible from Clapham Park Road. You can enter the store directly from the car park or from Clapham High Street. Wide range of goods available. There is also an Argos store within this Sainsbury's. There is also a bus stop right outside with buses heading in the direction of Clapham Common and another across the road for buses heading towards Stockwell Station. It is a short walk from either Clapham Common underground station, Clapham North underground station (both on the Northern Line) or Clapham High Street Station which is part of the Overground with trains heading towards either Clapham Junction or Dalston Junction.

I bought "Taste the difference" easy piler and in the same package there are two different type of easy piler: one high quality and one poor quality. I am complaining about this because I paid more to have high quality selections, not the poor one. Do you think that customers don't spot the difference?

The shop is very big but the staff are not really friendly. Especially the ones standing at the entrance upstairs. They don't even say hello and when you look at them then they will give you a bad look.
Other than that, majority of the staffs were nice and softly spoken when you approach them for help. However, they still deserve my five stars and I hope the staff at the entrance become a little friendly. We are customers and we don't bit????????????????????????????????????????????????????.

This is my local. Some staff are lovely but I cannot use scan and go. Every time no matter how many items I have in my basket I am selected for a random rescan. It's not random if it happens everytime. Feels like harassment.

They don't enforce mask wearing so tons of ppl don't wear it. It's the only place I've been to in the last two weeks and I just tested positive for covid. Very high chance I caught it there even though I was wearing my own mask. It's so irresponsible of the supermarkets not to enforce mask wearing.

The lack of enforcement of mask wearing at this store is very concerning and I have seen little improvement since Sainsbury's and other supermarkets pledged to do more due to the very high COVID-19 infection rate, which is obviously partiuclarly high in London. The people not wearing masks are almost exclusively younger men so I can only assume the staff feel too intimidated to challenge them, but isn't that what security is for?

Targeted and followed by security, to point I just concluded my shopping 10mins in and left. Security even followed to check out. Ridiculous its not always easy to shop with toddler but that on top just ruined experience there. 1st time doing my main shopping there left with less than 10 items.

I love also the idea of shopping everything under one roof: electricals, children's toys and clothing. It makes shopping easier and I save on time.

This is a very large, clean and spacious supermarket, making grocery shopping as pleasant as it can be. It also benefits from having an Argos store and small Habitat all under one roof

Largest supermarket in the area. Great selection and well organized. The tills are nicely placed here and they try to make the queues move as quickly as possible. Parking garage below for those driving in. Starbucks and Argos located in the same building plus appliances and some clothing and home items in stock. ATM across from the Starbucks.
Closed at 5pm on Sunday is the only bad thing!

Amazing Sainsbury very clean an big usually also nice people working there, just this morning I asked for help scanning a family pack water and the girl she said do it your self giving me also the wrong number to scan seeing that I was unable to do it she never came and help me, she was laughing with her colleague as I was asking for help, she was still in her bed she was there but she was not. I found very very very rude. She shouldn't be working at Sainsbury's she should sleep as there are very serious people around looking for jobs which I am sure they will be more helpful than her.

Very large store with plenty of covered parking free for 3 hours. There’s a very cheap cafe upstairs and a coffee shop on the ground floor. There’s also a Habitat (bit expensive) and an Argos inside. Good range of fresh food but the fruit and veg are a bit heavy on the plastic. Plenty of normal checkouts still, I hope they don’t change this by adding more self checkout as in other stores. There’s a huge cosmetics range. Overall I find most items a bit overpriced compared to other supermarkets hence the lower rating.

How I dread having to shop at Sainsbury's Nine Elms. I shop there "under duress". Thhe reasons why? No Customer Service whatsoever!!! (Even at the Counter!). I am 80yrs old and walk with a crutch. If one gets to the end of the store, and cannot find what you're looking for- firstly you'll find it vertually impossible to find a member of staff to assist you and after desperately searching every nearby aisle you spy one in the distance (usually stacking shelves) - and are 'lucky' enough to gain his/her attention, they just listen to your enquiry "please tell me where to find such and such" with disinterest and reply "I do not know, you must go to the Cust. Svc
Desk and they can tell you!!!!" Yes, I know you couldn't make it up!.
There are SO MANY OTHER REASONS, but we don't have all day. Suffice to say, the lack of service includes most of yhe Duty Managers and filters down to the afore mentioned shelf packer. They'll all tell you it's Covid that's the reason - nonsense!
However please bear in mind that Sainsbury's is, single handidly 'Feeding the Nation". What utter c..p!

Visited here plenty of times, always quite satisfied with the selection and the shopping experience as a whole. However, vegan meat alternatives in freezer section are not well stocked.
Good that there is an Argos inside, allows you to avoid Amazon (got a pull up bar and a football there)
It is nice to also browse the homeware (something to do in these quiet times) and in-store Habitat. Would like to see more yellow label stickers.

Great supermarket, quite big, well stocked with a good range of vegan products, has a parking and toilets. There are also Argos and Starbucks inside. And it's pretty central.
