Shocking, horrible customer service. These people get paid a commision to hold packages and then, when you go pick it up, they enforce you an additional fee that you must pay to get your package. Beware, these are dishonest people.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in person and on the phone. They repeatedly had hanged up the phone on me and denied to me help me. I was even quicked out of the store and asked to never use their services again after I collected my package. I wouldn’t recommend using this store.

Disgusting customer service. Went there today to collect an item and waited in the queue for 15 minutes but when I got to the front I was told to collect it later because she wanted to serve the paying customers behind me in the queue. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and has never happened in the 15 years I've been using the shop. Never going back
