Possibly the worst service I ever had. Did not call to let me know he could not meet up to do my tyres. When I tried to call he hung up several times. Rude. And now have a mad rush to try find another service before I go on holiday. My advice is use someone else.

I had a nightmare kerb incident in south London with my american van. Due to unusual wheel size I couldn't find anyone locally that could supply replacement tyres and I had stopped on a red route so had to get AA to transport back to Brighton and worry about how to sort out later.
The very next day I looked out of the window and saw the Home Fit Tyres van right outside. I ran out and spoke to Gary who, in the middle of assisting my neighbour, immidiately made a phone call, then another, and let me know that he could sort this out (at a good price) and was apologetic that it would need to be the next day! He called later to let me know he had the tyres, that he could come earlier than expected. Turns out one of the wheels was a differet size (the one that I couldn't get in south London) so he called by the van to double check, then had the correct tyre within an hour. I understand it took quite a few phone calls to source.
Gary showed up the next day when he said he would and got the new tyres on the van. Very professional, friendly and helpful.
I lucked out big time this week!

Stranded with a flat tyre & Green Flag an hour away, happened to see the van go past. Noted & googled the company, called the mobile number & they were with us & tyre fitted in 20mins! Gaz was really helpful, polite & prompt. We were able to pay on his card machine not fret about having to pay by cash & we were on our way again. Totally recommended!

Arrived 10 minutes early.
Very friendly and knowledgable guy who persevered when couldn't find the cause of the slow flat, and sealed the wheel.
Very reasonable price and could pay by card.
Won't be using anyone else to fix or fit my tyres from now on.

Came down from Sheffield for the playoff match. Got a puncture and called Home Fit. Gary was with me at my hotel the first thing the following morning to do repair but when they got the tyre off it was wrecked. He managed to get me a great price on a Bridgestone Potenza run-flat and came back the same day to fit.
Can't recommend them highly enough. Great job, thanks guys

I was stranded in Brighton after travelling from Thanet. I telephoned Homefit Tyres and they couldn't have been more helpful going out of their way to assist me. My tyre was replaced for a reasonable price with a friendly service and I was on my way home in no time.

I want to compliment this company and especially Andy for delivering great customer service.
Our son who is studying in Brighton had his first flat tyre of his life and of course did not know what to do. We went through the car booklet by phone, so he could put the spare tyre on.
By making price comparisons on Google we found the company Home Fit Tyres. They had one of the best prices for new tyres including fitting at home. I dealt with Andy and we agreed for an appointment the next day to change both the front tyres.
We discussed my son needing to get on the road that same day and I was going to show my son over the phone and with the booklet how to put the spare tyre on.
Without me asking Andy, he checked their computer system and saw that his technician, which was booked for the next day, was close to our son and sent him over to put the spare tyre on, free of charge.
This was greatly appreciated and well done to Andy and his company.
