Unfortunately after a 2 week wait I was told that genova sent my samples too late and they were no good. I now have to wait for new test and do this all over again. This is my first experience with this company and obviously not a good one

My first experience with Genova Diagnostics is a very positive one. My mother is working with a practitioner and we have ordered a test for her. As she doesn’t speak or write English and I live here in Uk it is hard to help her fill in all the paperwork. Have been calling Genova Diagnostics several times and all of the stuff are very helpful and Kind. Big thank you for your help Genova Diagnostics! I am a registered practitioner with Genova Dignostics and have been using this lab for nearly one year now. I have to say the support from Kate on the medical team is so very helpful in my practice, she guides you through the tests and helps guide me when deciding which test to prescribe. Sam the account manager has been an amazing help when answering any of my questions and offering additional training. Anyone I've come in contact with have been very professional and supportive and the lab tests themselves benefit each one of my patients.
